Decided to stop by here on my lunch break. It was a big mistake. I ordered a wings and things combo traditional and I ended up getting boneless instead. I ordered the drink and it suppose to be a coke ended up getting Dr. Pepper. When a customer is ordering food to go mistakes like this can't happened because they have a small window to get food. Having to get almost to your destination to find out your order is wrong because the associates failed to read the details of the order is sad. That creates a bad experience and reduces the chances of a returning customer. Management you have to correct this to improve your Google rating (currently at a 3.1).

Barely gave me any fries what I asked for a large and it was only about 13 fries in there, I asked could they put more fries inside and I handed them my food and didn’t get any extra fries the lady said they weigh them…. If you weigh them don’t sell it

Everytime I come to this location it's wrapped around the building with cars. This morning they were not open like they were suppose to be. I came 30 minutes after the open,no one answered me when I tried to place a order after 5 mins of waiting I pull to the window,I said are yall not open she said yeah we just still setting up. She takes my order has me pull down. After 10 mins of waiting she's serving others they food,15 mins go by she realizes im still waiting and finally brings me some cold old food because my food had been sitting out while she served everyone else. I took it back to the window,she tells me I gotta wait again for fresh food. At this point I asked for a refund. If you cant multitask without forgetting someone elses food DONT DO IT! The manager didn't do anything to make it right. Out of all zaxbys locations ive been to this is by far one of the worst locations EVER! Corporate needs to come in and clean house! This restaurant isn't being ran right and the employees do not care about good customer service.

Worst Zaxbys ever! They have been going up on prices, and not to mention they got someone outside taking payment instead of giving others the opportunity to pull of if the line is not moving, I literally paid as soon as I pulled up and each car infront of me took literally 20 minutes for each car to get there food! Unprofessional and for slow service, one time I pulled up to the drive thru to get my food, they made me come in

Zaxby’s never misses! The food is always hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken tenders are perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the Zax Sauce takes it to another level. The fries are always seasoned just right, and the toast is that perfect buttery touch to finish the meal. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant is always clean.
