Light skin bih in the window was rude seem like she had a attitude I asked for Zak sauce she said they don’t have none then I said let me get spicy zak she went and got me the regular one like I ask for. I went there around 10:45pm on 1/18/25.

They walk away from you. They don’t greet you. They look at you like you’re a problem. There’s I don’t care attitude at this place and when you talk to a manager about it, she says my pleasure. This is not how you run a business and it seems to be acceptable because nobody says anything nobody cares. Nobody does anything that’s not customer service. It’s poor service.

Poor work ethic from management and staff. Nobody wants to work. I sat in line and waited for over 20 minutes, only to receive uncooked chicken. I would highly recommend that you avoid this place at all cost.

I feel like everytime I come to this location it’s always a new problem, whether it be the quality of food or the service. The last time I came here just to pick up an online order, I received the wrong dressing I asked the person at the window to switch them out just for her to get an attitude, and tell me to pull up. I waited 15 minutes waiting just for another employee to ask me what I was waiting on. He went back in to help me and just to end up hearing the don’t have what I wanted when I could’ve been told before hand and not waste my time.

A lady in the location ordered her food for pickup. THEY gave her food to someone else. Said THEY thought she ordered it for door dash. She showed where it was ordered for pick up. The MANAGER refused to remake food or refund her money
I just went through the drive thru. Ordered two chicken (grilled & club) sandwich's. The grilled chicken wasn’t in the sandwich. However, the other had everything but very SALTY. When I called back to tell them they say take a picture. No apology first or nothing this is customer service 101!! Why the hell do I have to lie about a chicken sandwich. How about run the cameras back to see that y’all made a mistake, not ME!! It was horrible customer service and a waste of my 30 minute break. I was halfway down Fairburn when I noticed. However, start with accountability and owning up to what took place. Maybe ask the employee did they remember and perhaps that might be honest and acknowledge their mistake. I frequent this location but it will be my absolute last time. Look at your reviews take heed to them and make the appropriate changes needed. Now I see exactly why this location has a 3.1 rating. If I could’ve gave no stars I certainly would’ve one isn’t correct but the only option. Two unhappy hungry coworkers, Have the day you deserve

Every time I order red from this store my order is always messed up. Today I ordered the chipotle ranch tacos and they were ok but my drink was wrong, cherry Fanta instead of Dr. Pepper with ice instead of without ice. I’m allergic to cherries. I wish the staff would learn how to read.
Everything I go down south I have to stop here. I love the fact that this place actually season their chicken. Not a big fan of the zaxby sauce but they have others that are good to choose from. The cleanliness of this place is good as well.
