This is the worst zaxbys I've ever been to. It's run by children with no supervision. The employees are loud and very unprofessional. No sweet tea in the lobby. The lobby and tables are dirty.

I just left here picking up an order. The young lady at the counter just put the order down without calling the name or anything. She knew the name I waiting on. I was just sitting there until I went back to the counter to inquire about the order. I seen the service you gave the (others)….do better.

JJ runs a great shift. I have witnessed her on several occasions correcting and communicating with her team! She is stern but fair and watching her work with kids and making them into a crew is truly a charm!

I try to come to this Zaxbys once every other month and it’s continuously a horrible experience, it should not take 10 min for someone to answer on the speaker, it should not take 30 minutes to wait at the window for your order. It should not take an hour and 15 minutes to pick up a to-go order after the specific time they tell you it should be ready by. Horribly managed and staffed.

The customer service and attentiveness at the Zaxby's restaurant located off exit 61 in Fairburn is quite poor. I frequently encounter problems with my orders, such as missing items or receiving drinks with ice despite requesting none, as noted on my receipt. Tonight was particularly frustrating; I ordered a five-piece chicken finger plate but was charged for six. I also requested a large strawberry lemonade without ice and three cookies through the drive-thru. When I informed the employee about the mistake regarding the chicken fingers, she looked at me as if I should just accept it. I attempted to redeem a birthday reward for free cookies on my app, but she seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes. I had mentioned the coupon when placing my order, yet I was charged $16.62, which reflected the price for a six-piece plate and a large lemonade, minus the cookie charge.

Before leaving, I asked my daughter to check the order, and she found that I had received five chicken fingers instead of six, along with a large lemonade that had ice. I then went inside and waited to be served again. I showed the manager on duty, Tony, my receipt and the food. I requested either a refund or for my order to be corrected, and he chose to fix the order, which I appreciated. However, I was still dissatisfied with the level of customer service and the lack of respect. Having worked in customer service for over 25 years without any complaints, I understand the importance of representing the company well, especially since I value my paycheck and benefits. I hope that one day, the younger employees will recognize the significance of good customer service, especially when they start spending their own hard-earned money.

Literally had the employee lock the door on me at 9:40, 2 people are inside ordering food. After I just walked 15 mins across truck stop to get there. Really pissed me off.

Due to the other reviews I was hesitant to come to this location. But luckily my experience here was the best I’ve had at any Zaxby’s, the girls there were so sweet and had amazing attitudes. My food was delicious as well! And the sweet tea was sooo good 🤭

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location due to the exceptionally slow service. I attempted to use the drive-thru, and upon arrival, there were about 10 cars ahead of me. I waited in line for 30 minutes and still had two cars in front of me before I could even place my order. Given the excessive wait time, I ultimately decided to leave. I'm unsure what's going on at this location, but the service needs significant improvement.

This place is awful! First they made me wait at least 10 mins behind the car that at the window before finally telling the car to pull forward to wait. When I pulled forward the cashier at the window asked if I had the salad to which I said yes. I paid and they handed me my bag. I set in my passenger seat and made my 20+ minute drive home. Once I got home I discovered it was not the salad I had order but instead a 3 piece finger meal with fries. I called customer care and they just said they couldn't do anything other than notify the store so I had to call the store myself. The manager didn't apologize for the error and informed me there was nothing she could do about it. Worst customer service. I'll stick with Chick-fil-A next door from now one because they actually care if they mess up and do whatever to make it right.
