Placed an online order for pickup and had to wait over 30 minutes past the scheduled time. The entire wait, we listened to an employee complain about working on Labor Day while several customers were ignored and left unattended. When our food finally came, my husband asked if he needed to sign anything, and the same employee said, “Just give it to him, it’s not like he’s going to tip us,” despite us already leaving a tip online. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disappointing service.

Pizza was so greasy.

We had 11 people for lunch and we're seated almost immediately. Our waitress, Elyssa, was AWESOME! Our food was good, I will definitely be back.

Food was ok, atmosphere is nice. I ordered 1 extra large, 1 small pizzas both half and half, 2 orders of 6 piece wings, 1 the works calzone, 4 drinks and 1 don julio margarita, the first margarita came with a fly floating in it, my bill was $153

Hubby and I enjoy eating at Amici. Hubby loves the pizza, and I always order spinach dip. Yummy! I usually order the boneless chicken wings. This time I tried the burger. It was okay but not fascinating. We love this place for great service!

Their Thai pizza was yummy. Onion rings ok. Kids pizza very reasonably priced. Great price for their beer. Elyssa, our server, was super sweet.

I ordered a pizza slice and a salad. The pizza has way too much cheese! Like in a gross disgusting way! And it is not rich in taste. The salad already had my dressing on it. Why would they ever do that! That’s literally inconsiderate and insane for a to go order! Chicken looks well seasoned but very very bland. The bacon is super fatty and chewy, perhaps they should cook it some to crisp it more. The salad was a Caesar but had no croutons or bread, that’s odd! Crotons are a main ingredient for a Caesar salad. No silverware or napkins. This place should be ashamed honestly. I will not return. Only thing I can compliment is their ranch. The ranch taste good.

I happened upon this place when it first opened. The Bartenders are friendly and conversational. Staff has given us great customer service each time we’ve been there. I haven’t tried everything on the menu yet, but you won’t be disappointed. Drinks are decent, but a bit pricey imo. There is a nice outdoor patio to take in the area and people watch. Rather overpriced for the type of food served. Two dollars for extra condiments is ridiculous!

The wings were great and cooked perfectly. The burger looked good, fresh made patty. I would come here again.

We stopped by this past weekend for lunch, and overall, the experience was just okay. The food was average—my pizza slice was noticeably greasy, and there were quite a few flies inside the restaurant, which was a turnoff. We ordered calamari, a variety of pizza slices, chicken fingers with fries, salads, and drinks. It’s fine if you're looking for a quick bite, but it’s not a place we’d return to.

Rude server. Pizza tastes like cardboard boxes. Overpriced.

My wife and I had the Beefeater pizza and the honey hot wings and greatly enjoyed both of them. We look forward to returning to Amici soon.
