Bartender snapped at me and refused service, stating they were closed at 8:04, and all I wanted was one drink. I bet the owner doesn't know they turn away easy money and tips.

I've been to Amici's a few times and got lucky enough to be there when Lauren was hosting trivia!! The food was great but honestly did take awhile, Lauren was such a captivating host that I didn't even care. She is great!!!

Didn't even get a chance to experience what they had to offer after sitting for 10 mins without anyone saying anything, but another guest was seated right beside us and immediately waited on. Yes, we walked out and will not return....had never been here before and definitely NOT interested in ever going back.

This pizza was sadly the worst I've ever had. My kids didn't even want any leftovers. Large pizza and 3 fountain drinks. After tip I paid about $80 total waste of money.

The food is quick and decent but the service is horrible. They just leave you waiting and waiting and waiting. Ashley came to window and didn’t even find out what I wanted. She said one moment and then walked away and never came back. I had to know for someone else to come hand me my order which was just sitting on the counter.

If you eat inside: smells of sewage, freezing cold. If you eat outside: nice except when you are being attacked by flies and bees. The food is pretty good. The service is inconsistent, horrible most days.

I been eating pizza here for few times loves the pizza with Anchovy's with spinach, mushroom, diced tomatoes omg it was so so delicious y'all should try it.Inside restaurant was quiet we loved the waiter name Marion his server very friendly.

We placed a to-go order over the phone that was taken by an Ashley, and the service over the phone was alright. We ordered a double stack cheese burger, fries, and a drink, as well as extra spicy wings, fries, and a drink. In the midst of placing my order, Ashley informes me that the restaurant doesn’t have combos, the burger comes with fries. So I make a point to mention that I would want fries with my order of wings as well. My aunt reminded me to request it extra crispy, which I did after I stated I’d want fries.

Upon receiving my order, the service remained ok, until I opened my tray to fries missing. No big deal - I figured it was a mistake- so I go back inside to ask a different waitress for the missing item. Ashley is next to her, and as the waitress goes to apologize and check in the kitchen, Ashley and immediately blurts, “You didn’t order fries.” I go to correct her and say that I did, and she cuts me off again to claim I did not- adamantly.

I am not one to be defensive, I can take criticism and be wrong, and acknowledge my being wrong. But this woman did not even give me a full sentence of letting her know she read the order back to me, repeated what I said verbatim, and could easily just made a mistake herself. I even went to check my receipt on the outside, and she follows me out to check me. I did not appreciate her tone, delivery, or aggressive approach to this situation - right or wrong.

In addition the portions of our food and quality of taste was not equitable to the amount we paid for- $45. Most likely, I will not return, nor will I recommend this restaurant to others. Awful experience.

Loved loved this place great great food, had lemon pepper chicken wings wet/dry 10, mozzarella sticks crispy, excellent. I had 1/2 muay thai & 1/2 BBQ chicken pizza both amazing 👏 daughter had chicken parmasen amazing also, brother and dad had chicken ceaser salad large loved it. Drinks were delicious as well sweet tea and beer choices 10. This place won't disappoint. Staff was friendly and attentive. Trilith is wonderful and beautiful place to visit, live, work and eat. I wish I could live there it's a small village which will have everything in it. A most visit and explore won't disappoint.

My family and I visited on 9/29 after a Falcons game, as we were starved this restaurant didn't appear to be crowded so we thought we'd get quick service. Please note this was not our 1st visit, as we had been here twice previously. It had been a while since our last visit and as I remember it was due to quality of service/wait time during our last visit. None the less I decided to give another shot, as I believe everyone deserves a 2nd try.

We placed our order "nothing huge or out of the ordinary (chicken fingers as an appetizer, a sandwich, and a pizza). The waitress asked if we wanted our appetizer 1st, and we said yes. We received our appetizer after about 20-25 minute (3 chicken tenders and a handful of Fries). I should have known at that point but we pushed on. Our pizza and sandwich were due out next. Again, we waited patiently another 20-25 mins as I assumed we should receive soon as everyone else's food that was sitting around us and who had come after us were receiving their food. Finally, our waitress returned, and we were just thankful as we were starved from our long day but to our surprise when she placed the pizza on the table it was completely burned. The waitress said nothing and was willing to serve this to us had I not stopped her. I advised that the pizza was burned she said, "yes it's a little over done I can offer 20% off". I advised, "It's more than a little it's burned". Her response was I can have a new one made but it will be another 15 minutes. At this point I felt that customer service went out the window; for not only how long we've already been waiting and the burned pizza. The waitress should have said, "I'll leave this one if you'd like, as I'm sure the kitchen will trash anyway, and we'll get another in the oven. Free or money wasn't the issue. For me It was customer service. At this point we were all tired. I informed the waitress that it was fine to bill us for the item we received, we paid and left without eating. We decided to leave and just pickup takeout from somewhere else on the way home. None the less we will not be back.
