We stopped by Andy’s after a great baseball game and didn’t receive the best service. We usually go thru the drive thru but this time we went to walk up window. When placing my order, I saw a young lady scratching her head with her hands and I asked why the workers don’t wear gloves. I was told that’s the company policy. Needless to say, our ice cream came out with barely any toppings. When I questioned the amount, I was told they were working on portion control. They put two to three pieces of health candy bar and very little caramel. We were visiting this place often but this was the last night! I know it was because the girl was scratching her head and we said something about it. Gloves would be great for the people preparing the ice cream too!

I am a BR baskin robbins person but my family likes custard. I tried their banana split sundae and was impressed. The banana was nice and firm and sauces delicious.

The two times I have visited they were out of the very thing we ordered. Waiting 20 minutes for custard to be made is ludicrous! Not having milkshakes available from an ice-cream establishment is also ludicrous!

Me and my boyfriend went for some desert on our last stop on date day, and I really wanted to try andys out because we always pass by it and I love love love their ice cream so much! I got a pint of chocolate ice cream it was soooo smooth! We both loved it!! ❤️🎊

These buildings are really fun and the atmosphere is someone enjoyable with the fun benches and poppy colors but the ice cream is extremely mid and way overpriced. There also isn’t a ton of options and you can’t really get customizable with your order.
