It appears that Applebee's is making efforts to up their game, and I, for one, am happy to see it. It has been more than a couple years since trying this place and had felt like it was slipping in quality and had some very tired menus. Likewise, they are trying to offer affordable options, albeit in limited numbers so far, but it's a start. Keeping this trend will surely make them relevant in the fast-casual outlet scene once again.

We went on Christmas Eve and probably not going to return. The server we had was extremely nice and understanding, but the DJ, named DJ dirty red, was playing music loudly to the point we couldn't speak to each other at our booth and blasted a loud blaring noise. We asked an employee if the DJ could turn down the music, she went to go ask, the DJ wouldn't turn the music down. The booth beside us also said that they couldn't even hear themselves speak. The food was good except when I found a piece of plastic wrap in my food, we waited for a long time to get it on it even to get our waters. All of the waiters were running around trying to serve everyone, it seems only 4 servers were working, but when we were ordering our server couldn't hear us because of how loud the music and the bar was. The bar was being extremely loud, I get that they were having fun and all, but they were screaming the whole time we were there. I've been to another Applebee's and had a good experience, this one not so good.

Service was terrible, waiters were too busy flirting with the guys at the bar and cussing loudly.. there were kids there. Food was decent, took a very long time to get it.

Sadly, this Applebee’s has disappointed me each of the three times I’ve been here. The first time was the best experience and it was mediocre at best. They have been out of food, the service is painfully slow for the restaurant being nearly empty, the food seems to sit under the heat lamps in back for quite a while before being served. The second time I was there the manager picked up a towel off of the floor, ran it under water at the sink at the bar, and cleaned a table with it. I thought surely I saw wrong, so I went back my final time. The bartender was visibly drunk. Alcohol wrecked on her breath when she served me. Her cleanliness was on par with the manager’s. The bar coolers had broken lids, drinks were mixed in regular plastic glasses instead of stainless bar ware, the bartender couldn’t find a full menu and the one she did find was old, plus more. The saving grace of the place is that the bar tenders are friendly, the host staff is reasonable, but they’re slow. It’s obvious the restaurant used to be popular, but has since passed its prime. I kept giving them chances because I really enjoy Applebee’s, but I won’t be back here.

If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would, horrible food and even worse management! David Johnson the general manager was extremely rude and uncompromising, he inquired that I would pay for food that I DID NOT consume, I ordered chicken wonton tacos the portion to meat from slaw was very uneven, I sent the order back and it was sent back the exact same way full of coleslaw NO MEAT! Save your time I would not recommend.

Imagine waiting forever for your drink, you tell the waiter no bacon bc you're Muslim and that's pork, you ask to pack food to go and the only pack 1entree and brings the other to the table in a plate and then was non challant about it. Owner needs to get hold of his staff the customer service was horrible and you can tell who is over worked and who isn't. Also just bc you have family eating where you work, didn't mean ignore the other patrons.
Went to this restaurant with my cousin and I March 5, 2016 upon arrival the host said it would be 25 minutes before a table once when finally had been seated at a table it took another 30 minutes before ordering then another 30 minutes before my cousin two children and I received our food we had to ask for condiment silverware still another 1hour before my cousin I received our food our orders was wrong still no condiment after we ask for a manager and she was from another store the services was just ridiculous no we will not be going to the establishment anymore they have lost us as a customer.

This Applebee’s is a whole mess! The service was rude and unorganized — I had to ask three people just to place a to-go order. After waiting around 15 minutes, I finally got cold, nasty food from a waitress who’d been walking past me the whole time. No customer service, no professionalism, just chaos. If I have to drive 15 miles to another Applebee’s to get decent service and hot food, I will. The management clearly lacks leadership and professionalism at this location and needs some serious attention!

Really upset with this place. We were seated and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. Our waiter never introduced herself. She disappeared for a while. The two burbon streets came out before my kids food. I had to ask the waiter for a refill. Then she took my cup with my straw in it, to the back room and poured me another cup of tea. We didn't get any napkins. I also had to ask her what her name was. The service her was horrible. Our waiter Shatchel stayed in the back the entire time. Horrible service.
