I just want to give a big shout out to LULU!!!! She is fantastic !!! She wasn’t playing hunny she was working the whole restaurant. She was getting her tables in and out and her customers service is top tier! So beautiful and amazing

I really enjoyed my first time going here. You can’t just go to any Applebee’s and expect it to be good with good service and your food warm my experience here was great from the time I was greeted to the time we got sat down. I had a waitress named cat. She was amazing. I was there with my family and my three year-old and she was just on top of it. We didn’t even have to ask for any refills any napkins just we did not need to ask for anything. Everything was served perfectly. She kept checking on usand the staff were just so sweet and amazing and the floor manager working that night. He was just so awesome and greeted us at our table and made sure everything was going good.

I dont know if they're drunk in the kitchen tonight but we ordered Uber from you guys and the steak was frozen in the middle. The coleslaw for wontons were sent in a xsmall ramekin. I use to work for another applebees and im so disgusted. You guys literally sent an xsmall instead of atleast a large ramekin even though it goes in the pint size togo cups like the chicken. The frozen steak my husband had to re-cook. Watch who you're hiring Fayetteville. Clearly not caring what they're sending out. 70$ For delivery to not eat. Never again.

BTW you never send limes with the wontons either. ITS LITERALLY SPEC.

New manager has made it difficult for staff to service customers, NO CHIPS, NO BUNS FOR BURGERS, NO LIDS FOR 2go boxes, salsa, no pico … yet FRESH FLOWERS IN THE FRONT. The only pleasant experience was the waitress Vicky and the cook serving hot food. This new management need an overhaul.

If I could give a 0 for service I would. We WAITED 40 MINUTES on our food from the time we arrived. Had to ask for refills on the drinks. I remember the chicken fettuccine Alfredo being bigger last time. They gave plastic silverware instead of REAL silverware! This IS NOT the first time my husband and I have had a problem with this location. Really reconsidering EVER coming back!

The waiter was great. Her name was Alissa excellent. Order came out wrong, and fries were cold. Waited 25 minutes for a recook plan hamburger. Manger took $10 off bill. To go bags came from the Kroger up the street..🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤣🤣

Doing DoorDash orders for this place sucks ! They are very rude and no help at all ! Waited for an order over 30 mins. They don’t want you to park in car side parking but then when you go inside they send you to the car side parking to wait for the food when on the app it says not to go there. On top of it they have signs that say to come inside the building after 9 pm so I waited in the car for like 10 mins for someone to come outside to attend to me and no one ever came so I went inside had like 3 servers walk by till I spoke up for someone to help me. Terrible service and experience every time !!

Haven’t ordered from here in 2 years because of a previous terrible experience. Decided to give it another try, placed an order at 10:15, delivery said 10:45-11pm. Then 12:25. Then 12:55. So I contact Grubhub, whose driver was sitting there for 40 mins waiting for my order. That’s insane. If you can’t fulfill orders properly, then stop accepting orders. You wasted 2 hours of my time and now I have to make something else to eat. Thanks a bunch.

Chicken was dry, had a small amount of sauce on it...chicken parmesan. Told the waitress and she just shrugged, I would like to been offered a replacement chicken but wasn't. The garlic boneless chicken wasn't seasoned only had large uneven chopped pieces of garlic on top.

Terrible service second time we've ordered online we got there at 6:30 like they asked and the food was ready at 3:45 unbelievable manager thought we should just take the food and leave yeah right I wish the owner of the business would call me or send me a text unbelievable terrible terrible terrible never will go back again

Firstly, the food and service were great. But the cleanliness of the place was horrible. I read another review about them in the middle of a renovation. I didn't see any signs about that, so the place just looked trash, it should be very understood to all customers if this is a temporary situation. On top of that, our booth had food scraps on both seats, which we had to wipe off. And there was food scraps on the floor all around our booth, and it never got cleaned up. The ceiling tiles looked grey like there had been smokers there for 20 years. There were paint blotches everywhere. Most Applebees that I've been to were very clean and modern looking, but not this one.
