Horrible

I am extremely frustrated. For the second time, I ordered food online from this restaurant, received an email that my order was received and being processed, but when I showed up, the restaurant both times was closed. This second time I am very upset because not only did I waste time, but I now have lost my food voucher I received from a delayed flight last night. The voucher needed to be used in 24 hours, and now it has been "used" because the restaurant confirmed my purchase, but I will not actually get the benefit of it because of this store being closed. My voucher will disappear because it has received a purchase confirmation, but in reality, I have already been refunded my money from the store and will not be able to use my voucher.

Place does not exist. Ordered via the website and was not located by my DoorDash driver. Went to 2 different locations and was not able to find this restaurant. I went out myself and also could not find the restaurant. Went to Dickies as a last resort and the person at the register had no idea what I was talking about. Avoid being scammed and eat elsewhere!!!!!!

Can't say much about the food or service because I order with uber eats for pick up & there was no Big Deal Burger location like it showed in the app only a bbq place

Soo delicious and flavorful.. loved all the extra toppings. Fresh were delicious.

Food is not worth the price of admission. It's just ok. My meal cost $19 and some change and wasn't even hot when I arrived to pick it up at the time I was told to pick it up. Asked for tomato on my sandwich and they literally sliced a chunk and slapped it on there. This business is run/owned by Dickies BBQ. Very disappointed and will not return. Very mediocre. I don't mind paying for a meal as long as it's worth it....

Loved my burger! Glad I can get this inside one of my fav BBQ joints! Have a few burgers I want to try out ASAP!

Placed an order through their app, paid for it, and received confirmation at 7:29pm. When I arrived at the store at 8pm which was my pickup time, it was closed. The lights and open sign were off and the door locked. The TV inside was on and the Barbecue neon sign was lit. There were other customers that arrived to pickup paid orders. Sign and website says they close at 9pm. The chairs are on the table. 30 minutes wasted.
