I have never seen more "customer service" rule violations in one visit to any establishment in my life as I did a few weeks ago when I visited this place. I arrived at 5:30pm to find the only people sitting in dining area to be employees talking loudly on their phones. Nobody was behind the counter. When my order was taken it took 15 minutes for 2 simple chicken finger boxes. When I went to fill my drink cup with tea, there was no dispenser in the dining area. They had to fill...read full review
