Last time going to this location...the biscuits are dry and hard. The chicken filets are flat and bland. I went through the drive-thur..person was on the phone on a personal call the entire time. I have went to other locations in state and out of state....the biscuits were soft, fluffy and buttery. The chicken filets are thicker, flavorful and moist. They are doing something different at this location.

We had a taste for a breakfast sandwich on the go. The customer service was adequate, however, upon receiving our biscuits we were extremely disappointed. Both biscuits were inedible and hard as a rock.

The service was quick and the lady was really nice. My problem was the chicken supremes. I’ve come here twice now and the chicken supreme strips seem old but redropped in the fryer. The texture of the tender breading is off and dark. The fries are similar, hard and overcooked. Definitely disappointing! Love good fresh bojangles.
I don’t go here very often, maybe twice a year but after this visit I won’t be back. No complaints about the service; the lady at the window was very friendly & nice, especially at 7 in the morning.
However the food was a complete turn off-the biscuit was hard & looked like it was a leftover biscuit from the previous day that was reheated. Didn’t even try it because I knew that is was a bust. But the taste of the chicken was absolutely awful. It had a rancid taste like it was fried in days old oil. I’ve never tasted fried chicken this bad before & I still don’t understand how you can mess up fried chicken at the top of the morning. It was absolutely horrendous & left a disgusting after taste in mouth. If I was unsure about Bojangles before, I definitely know now not to eat from here. 🤢

Watched the lady take old food that was already made from the warmer, throw away the egg and cheese off the biscuit, remake it and package it back up. Don’t waste your time. Expect old food. INCOMPETENT PEOPLE RUN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

It's refreshing to encounter such kindness in customer service. I hope their excellent work is recognized. Daneen is a gem that is hard to find.
Coming from Jamaica, KFC is said to be the best from that island, but tbh, Bojangles would give Jamaica a run for its chicken. I mean, it is super hard to choose between KFC from Jamaica and Bojangles as to which is the best.
