I felt rushed to order & the girl was very "robotic". No "Thank you" at all. Good was old! Fries were dry and hard, chicken fingers were dry & just warms, biscuit was hard. At was obvious that this was left over food from lunch that was sitting under heat lamps! They could have cooked fresh fries, at least!!! I was the only one in the dining room. I will not be back again!!!!!

The chicken taste like it were spoiled. And plus I ordered the two pieces dark ( thigh & leg) and they gave me two things. I couldn’t eat one piece because of the smell & taste.

100% got an old or leftover biscuit at 6 am. It was completely cold. Heath score is bad at the moment it’s no wonder when you’re serving Cold leftover food! Besides that, the service was fast and the worker was very nice

Right when this location first opened went through the drive thru and got a really poor representation of product. The other day we were out running some errands and wanted something quick. We stopped in to eat inside and the place totally redeemed itself. The chicken was good, juicy, cooked correctly, the biscuits were on point they were so good. The lady at the counter was super nice and who served our food was as well. It was a really decent experience. One star deducted for the poor first impression, but we will be back.

Whenever I was at ATL on the way back to DC, I ate Chicken Tenders at Bojangles and they really hit the spot! Unfortunately 2 days I decided to stop by the Bojangles on 810 Glynn Street S in Fayetteville ()around 1:00 pm) to get Chicken Tenders to go for my salads. I walked into the empty Bojangles and went to the place my order explaining I wanted Chicken Tenders to chop up for my salads. She was very nice. I ordered 5 pieces for 7.00. I gave the woman a 10.00 bill and told her to keep the change. When I got home and put away my groceries, I opened the container and was horrified! The 5 Chicken Tenders were shriveled up like pieces of burnt bacon, with hardly any chicken to cut for salads, they were in fact burnt, looking like chicken feet bones. This is NOT the quality I received from Bojangles in the ATL Airport. This is also a reflection of the hiring staff who hired someone thinking this burnt shriveled up disgusting product would be a suitable meal to sell to any new (or old) customer.

My family went thru the drive thru. Ordered 8 piece chicken meal. Worker asked do you want all dark meat? No we don't. Worker gave us all dark meat which I will not eat at all. They didn't give us a receipt. I want a full refund. I never want to go to your establishment ever again. I drove a long ways & worked all day for that meal so I wouldn't have to cook dinner.
First time at this location. I ordered at the drive thru. I guess the employee was busy with orders before me so I waited for about 7 mins in line. When the employee came on the speaker, I asked for a Cajun Chicken biscuit meal with the Bo Rounds and a Sweet Tea. The lady couldn’t hear me well through the speaker, so I pronounced my order back to her as clear as possible twice. When I got to the window, I received a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit with French fries and Cola. Totally messed up my order. Not sure what’s going on for them to hand me an order that I did not ask for. Do better please

This is the worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone twice and both times the staff at the drive thru has been incredibly rude. This last time they yelled “hello! How can I help you?!”. I proceeded to order and received no further response from the staff member. I gave up and left, I will not go here again.
