Hidden jem!! This place was so delicious. There were 4 in our party and we all got something different. We all tried each others food and we loved everything!! We left there stuffed and happy. We will be coming back. Happy customers!!

Did take out, ordered online and had to wait 15 minutes after the stated pickup time. Restaurant is clean inside, and props to the 100 Heath Score - something hard to achieve in Fayetteville. Unfortunately based on our experience and the overall high price for small almost all breading “strips” we likely won’t be back.

I was around the Fayetteville area, and i stumbled across BonChon!!!!!
It was an extremely peaceful environment and welcoming place thanks to the employees, i had the pleasure of being seated by Samara, she was astonishingly nice and articulated herself with respect and kindness!!!My food was Amazing, i ordered the 10 piece, Classic crunch chicken!! Thanks for providing an excellent service to me!, and once again thanks to Samara, for creating an 10/10 dining experience. I will be Back!!!

DON'T DO IT!!! Save your time and most importantly your $$$! I wanted to try the Bonchon Fayetteville Pavillion Location. I did
,and is super disappointed! Young lady at registry has no personality ( mummified.), korean barbecue chicken head almost NO Korean barbecue sauce on it.I had to ask for some.
And the chicken really is just regular, nothing special.
At the end of the day, for me, I should have spent my $15 for 10 wings somewhere else.
Don't go chasing water falls, stick to the rivers and streams that you're use to.... TLC

Over priced food for the quantity. They want tips but won’t wait on you.
You half-to order at counter. Went to get 2 orders of the small mix chicken they gave me 9 wings per order. So I got 18 wings for over 30$ this was at about 7:30pm today, mind you they told me 20 min. I didn’t get my food till 8:15. by the time I got home and realized what they did I went back and they were closed. Also the wing are so tiny like what. Omg I’m so disgusted with this place when they opened it was great after Covid and the new owners it’s trash!

I did a takeout order and it was ready on time, but other than that the food was just ok. I’ve had better double fried Korean wings and the sides of radish and coleslaw were mid.

I used to love Bonchon but ever since they started hiring new people they don't do their job. They don't read out your order to you to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. The food isn't as good as it used to be and me and my family used to love coming here. Train your employees to read back out the order. Very much common sense in a restaurant. Because when I order my food the boy at the register didn't read my order back and im thinking I had one order of Potstickers somehow I order 2 without even knowing.

Ok, this spot was ok. I gave them a 4 star bc I know lower scores impact restaurants. Many are having issues and closing due to the economy. However, keeping it real, the Grilled Chicken Burger was a little tiny. Fried Chicken in the Salad was double-fried for sure!...hard to eat. Fries were great! Order was ready on time and accurate. I would still go back and try something else.
