I love Brusters ice-cream Butter Pecan however my ice-cream hardly had any pecans which is why most people want to eat Butter Pecan. Please stop raising your prices and decreasing your servings and pecans seriously.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, I always love the flavors as they came and went and their more consistent flavors. I came today again with one of my freinds for the first time in a while and it was like tasting home. The man working there gave some spot on pairings like the strawberrry mango and the peanut butter with buckeyes with the salted caramel. It was such a friendly interaction and I even took some home! No flavor was too heavy, the were rich , but never heavy. They were all wonderfully balanced and I just adore them. Genuinely one of my favorite places and I’ll probably stop by way more often now! Ps- the coffee ice cream with caramel on top is indulgent and delicious! Yet another amazing recommendation from the man!

I love going here but after today I will not be returning my fiance got a milkshake and it just tasted funky I brought it back up there and the guy gave me a complete attitude about it very rude will not be coming back

Despite everything in this world, this wonderful Brewster’s ice cream is still kicking it. I absolutely have so much nostalgia with this place, but also it always has decent ice cream. It’s a little bit on the pricey side, but it’s cheaper than most places in Peachtree city and most local ice cream shops.

I ordered a birthday cake for my Mother in laws birthday. I ordered online in the area where they ask what you want written on the cake I put "Happy Birthday" when I got the cake it terrible writing was " happ B-Day" no I did not mistype they literally forgot the "Y" in happy .I ordered blue berry muffin/strudel? flavored ice cream layer with yellow cake and a caramel middle layer they completely forgot to put the caramel on instead they smeared the top with what I assume is blueberry compote the icing decorations were not even they were all different shapes and sizes make the cake look terrible.
When I called the store to ask for a refund they told me no that that is just how the person writes and everyone writes differently. I called corporate customer service several times and for an entire month I got no reply.
Finally a guy called me two days ago and said he will see about getting me my money back but he isn't sure because it has been over a month..... (WTH how is that my fault I have been calling) I told him if he wants to keep me as a customer not only do I want a refund I want some kind of compensation for them ruining my mother in laws birthday and making me wait a month to get my money back and he said he doesn't think he will be able to do that.....
If you are going in for an ice cream maybe you will be fine but do not order a cake from this store if anything goes wrong ( which it probably will) you won't be getting your money back.

I used to work here and I have many pictures of how dirty this place used to be I came recently to get some ice cream but i literally saw a roach crawling near the fridge. It seems as if this place has not changed at all.
