I ordered a Whopper Jr combo and got a kids' meal burger. When I took it back to the cashier, she told me they were all the same size meat. I knew she was incorrect because I order that combo all the time, so I just threw it away. The bun was cold and hard, so I couldn't eat it. I wish I could give you the cashier's name, but she had no name tag on, but Mrs. Nash was tattooed across her chest. A man was sleeping in the lobby. I don't know if he was an employee or a homeless person. Another employee was mopping the lobby, and he saw this man too. Also, no one asked him to leave, so I didn't say anything either. I just left. Terrible experience definitely won't be back!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive through undercooked chicken wrap, everyone on this shift needs to be trained again or fired people health is on the line with this and yes they really only served half of the chicken… It wasn’t even wrapped just folded over smh… This is why I never eat fast food cause some workers don’t give a shit to what they serve the public or have never boiled water before… please don’t eat here

Ordered the whopper Jr with extra mayo and this is what I got... literally waited in my car for over 10 minutes for them to bring this out to me. Meat broken up, bread wasn't fresh and missing toppings (lettuce, tomatoes). The whopper junior is getting smaller apparently because this was smaller than the palm of my hand. It must be the Whopper Jr Jr. 🤦🏽♀️ Customer service is mediocre, at best, and there is very little, if any, pride in their work.

I only give the food an extra star because it's burger king, it's always delicious, they just always forget the cheese on whoppers. This establishment is ridiculous. It'll just be closed randomly. And "Out of whopper meat" at 10:30 pm (🙄🙄 they just want to shut the grill down 1.5 hours before closing). Terrible customer service. The employees treat you like you're the reason they work fast food.
The lady in the drive thru was nice. But whoever handed me my food after i was told to pull up was rude. She handed me the bag in an agressive manner and didnt say a word. Then i get back to my home and the burgers had old wilted lettuce on it.
If it isnt fresh just dont use it. I could really go without the nasty lettuce on my whopper jrs. That is my last visit to this location.

Absolutely awful. Falling apart and took 30 minutes on an online order and still had items missing. Watched 4 workers relax and stand around and joke while we sat in line waiting. Will not come back.

I've lived in Fayetteville since 1978. We had three places to eat. Burger King came in sometime late 80's-early 90's? Every time I've been, it's been hit or miss... depending on management... I guess? Today was a great day. Often, in the past, I would order because of the awesome grilling smell blocks from my house...but today was a different day. 11/14/2024. Asked by Aunt Gwen if I can pick up two whopper Jr. BOGOF. Today was a great day! A very happy driver through employee, two whoppers with fresh tomatoes, onions, and lettuce. The happiest meal we had in weeks!
