Filthy store being run by a group of disrespectful teenagers. Waited 15 mins to get cold food and a cup literally tossed to me. They do NOT like “certain” people. If reversed, they’d be a lawsuit.

I would give them zero stars but that's not an option. I waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes just for my order to be wrong. I was very specific as to what I wanted on my sandwich and they got it wrong after 10 minutes of waiting at the window. Never coming back.

Waited 21 minutes for ONE junior whopper burger. One other person ahead of me inside. She had been waiting longer. The crew of 7 were loud, yelling at each other, and never said one word to the other customer or to me about our order taking exceptionally long. No apologies. I won’t go back and I think their burgers are much better than McDonalds but they flunk customer service.

Will be not go back to this establishment two employees fussing and cursing, orders not going out. No respect for customers 12/26 25 @ 1:30 pm ticket # 35 if I would have kept my ticket I would have call a district manager. I hope someone who works there see this message. Totally unacceptable but customer service sucks in a lot of businesses. I would fire everyone who was working today at that time.No one said that’s enough we got customers.If I could give a half star I would. . One word of advice when there is not enough employees close the dine in and work drive thru or shut the place down . C Henry…..

Where do you start. Sounds like church whith at least 6 people standing around being vulgar as possible...strange how them to run together. Second pulling everyone to the other side of the building rather than doing anything is sad. All I can say is ! It's being ran like the checkers was. And we see where they went.

If I could leave zero star I would. The entire inside is filthy. Floor is super gross. My shoes kept sticking. None of the tables were clean. Drink dispenser area was even worse. Mold at the air vent areas. What appeared to be cigarette ash in window area. Homeless guy sleeping at a table with his belongings. Didn't have our order right. Asked for refund, noticed how gross it was behind counter. While speaking to mgmt for refund another employee started yelling at us. Would NOT recommend this location. How they have a score of 94 stumps me. Not to mention all the people coming in from the drive thru that had their orders wrong while waiting on our refund that took forever for them to figure out how to do it.

This is the worst burger king in Fayetteville, there has not been one time you don't wait a ridiculously long time. You can be the only car and still wait 10+ minutes. Like now they have you Pull all the way around to the front to make it seem as of you are getting your food fast.
