Do not go to the Fayetteville BK!! My family and I had to wait for almost 10 minutes just to order the $5 2/ BK burgers, and per the manager, BK no longer offers what is on the order menu.I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets. All were fried too a crisp to where you couldn't even bite into them bc they were so old.As the staff was laughing in the background as I'm asking about the menu, I asked for the manager, whom met me at the window... in a camo hoodie, with no name Hoodia,.Do not trust the food! Especially in the night staff crew!!!!

Worst burger King ever been here several times and every time it's something wrong with the order or customer service just sucks or they don't have sausage 4/3 1020 am I ordered in the drive thru and was told to pull around so i did then notice 5 cars wgere in front of me waiting it's 1140 I'm standing in the lobby waiting for my food the light skin chick that tool my order is rude if u don't like yo job find another one asked her fir napkins and ketchup she gives it to me but had a major attitude

The employee who waiting on me had ABSOLUTELY zero customer service skills she lacked common courtesy and manners. This is definitely not the role for her she seemed very unhappy and angry, not a good fit and should not be representing your business smh. Burger King you have to do better.

The later you go the worse the service. You add to your sandwich they take away from your sandwich. Every time I go to Burger King there’s an issue.

Waited 20 minutes at the drive-through window. Frozen coke machine broken as usual. Asked to pull up and wait around the other side. When I tried to get the attention of the staff by waving and honking they sent the manager out-Chris. Cashier just laughed and shook her head when I refused to pull forward because there were no cars behind me. The customer service is the absolute worst at this Burger King.

My husband ordered on the mobile app at 11pm so we could eat on our way home, an hour before they closed. We get there not too long after placing the order so I’d say around 11:15pm and we get to the speaker. The customer service is already not great but that’s fine not worried about it because it’s late I get that, but the worker then proceeded to tell us they don’t have meat for our order. Ok, tell us how we can get a refund. The worker is not giving us a solid answer on how to get a refund for our food. We park trying to figure it out and their website says we can’t get a refund so we go back to the window to get some more help on the situation. A second worker tells us something completely different and that they are closed and cleaning up so they can’t do anything, says “bye” from what I heard and slammed the window. The first worker we were talking to at the speaker comes back up with an attitude saying “what do you want me to do I can’t pull money out of my drawer”. We just wanted some assistance on getting the refund. I still have no clue if I’m getting that refund because the app has already confirmed and processed and hasn’t changed. Their afternoon shift is lovely though, just don’t recommend going at night.

This was the slowest BK I have been to. I assume they were short-handed. I waited in line, then was put on hold when I got intercom, then had to pull over to park. When I thought she was coming to give my order, she was coming to take my order again!! I placed my original order on the app. The cashier and the girl bringing food out was very nice. The intercom needs to be updated. It looks really old and doesn't show your order. The Whopper bread was hard. I didn't enjoy it, plus i asked for no onions, and they put mad onions on it. I will avoid this location.

Horrible experience, establishment was dirty, waited 45 minutes for a #1 whopper W/ cheese and a frie and the reason was told that they ran out of meat after the wait. Then I observed an employee on his cell phone cursing to who ever he was talking to and another employee eating with one hand and cooking with the other. will definitely advise others to AVOID THIS BURGER KING AT ALL COST!
