Just went through the drive thru tonight. This was a very disappointing experience tonight. We have been here many times but can’t believe my food tonight. My husband’s was fine but I ordered the fish and garlic popcorn shrimp but the shrimp didn’t look right at all. Fish and hush puppies were fine but I can’t believe they served me the shrimp looking like this. I am left hungry for dinner now as well. Very disappointed

Captain Discord hasn't changed much over the years. That's fine for the food, I always get the meal experience I'm expecting but the decor hasn't changed in ages so the interiors seem stuck in the past and could use a refresh. For take-out, the decor is a non-issue though.

Entering this Captain D's was horrifying, you had to dodge so many big holes in the driveway from when you order your food to when you get your food and even when you're trying to go out of the parking lot, big holes.. On top of that, the food was pitiful.
Andre, Jayden, Marquis and Sanaya were at the store today and the service was FANTASTIC!! The food was fabulous also! Thanks to these 4, the place was nice and clean too! Way to go guys!!!

I am so offended right now. A African American guy that was working the 7 pm shift Friday night at the Fayetteville Ga location deserves to be fired! My father is 77 years old and the only joy he gets out of life these days is eating at this mediocre restaurant every Friday. I brought him a gift card FROM YOUR WEBSITE and this idiot rude person would not let my father use his gift card!! He had to pay using his credit card. Then he went either further to try and belittle my father because he thought he was poor. I’m not sure how you guys are running things down there but if I have to bring a news crew from WSBTV down there I will. The only saving grace was the lady that was working who kept apologizing for this buffoon. I expect a resolution to this ASAP. I’m so upset!!!
