Jadaye-Lee & Janice Morris made this experience the worst for my family during our hoilday visit from another state. Both of my parents are veterans & to be treated with such disgrace in front of their family was so disheartening. Experiencing a verbal altercation with Jadaye-Lee (employee) in the line and no manager (Janice Morris MOD) to de-escalate the situation we thought would be disreputable for the standard of Chick-fil-A. We have never experienced such ergouious behavior of unprofessionalism while being a consumer. We hope no other patron will have to be exposed to such vile encounters from this establishment.

I came through this chick-fil-a to get breakfast and was incredibly disappointed. I ordered a grilled hash brown bowl and received what looked to be 2 hash-browns, barely any eggs and some unmelted cheese. I went inside to ask for a remake and they gave me the same bowl I had before. The bowl itself looked a lot smaller as well. I called the manager and he said he personally made the bowl and thought it looked great, so if you want half a portion of a Lukewarm bowl and to be starving all day come to this Cfa! We just wanted a decent breakfast before our 17 hour shift at the Christmas market L O L

New Update: Went by for another iced coffee, saw 1 car at the window no one in line, young man named Caleb came out slowly to help me since I guess the speakers weren't working. He took my order for a single iced coffee no whipped cream. Then he proceeded to ask me if I really wanted him to go get all my change from inside because he didn't have enough. After repeatedly saying yes he finally went to get the change. I decided I no longer wanted a coffee from somewhere that doesn't care, heard people laughing through the intercom. Clearly they don't care as much as I do about my money so they don't deserve it. So when he came back I requested a refund. He said he would go get a manager and I waited but had to go to the window to get my money back. Hannah was somewhat professional but again did not seem to care much or act promptly without my urging. Caleb if you can't go get someone their change and you think that's funny I hope you know I'll think it's funny when you're standing there asking for it on the side of the road! Shape up kid. Btw the coffee had whipped cream on it so either intentional or not can't even get a single drink right! Good luck out there son
Again avoiding this location at all costs despite its convenient proximity to my house. Disappointed to say the least.
Just moved to this area from nearby, horrible service 2 out of 3 times.
Messed up and put whipped cream on my order when all I ordered was iced coffee, had to pull around, wait, girl at the window was nice, manager followed her to the back and told her to mix it together with the whip cream and not remake it, how do I know? Because the girl came back looking guilty and handed it to me. I got across the street in the left turn lane at the light took several sips of pure sugar, then had to sit through 2 lights and go back because it wasn't anything resembling coffee... Went back and had to wait again then the manager was rude, his nametag said Michael Jackson, they remade it and surprise it tasted great that time.
Fast forward 2 weeks to this morning I went there to treat myself to breakfast, I order a bacon egg combo and a sweet tea, extra bacon, order 9922 for the day, the line was very long today and after finally getting my food, and even being asked to pull up to wait when no one else was. I received burned bacon after paying for extra. Again had to turn around and go through the drive thru due to the horrible service from the girl in line who ignored me and could have had someone run the remake out and have me park, instead she literally turned her back and started helping the next car..... After waiting in line for another 5-10 minutes at least I got to the window and the manager was an extremely unlikeable guy who proceeded to do nothing but smile like he was having the best time of his life while I was frustrated and said things in a very false sarcastic tone. Extremely unpleasant service and he even made comments about how nice my car was as if that was supposed to make things better/deescalate. Absolutely horrendous demeanor so I demanded a refund on the spot and have now enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal after buying 2 boxes of cereal on bogo and 2 packs of bagels from Publix for the same price or less than I would have paid for a single messed up waste of my time! Winning!
Not impressed with this location or the leadership there at all or the response to either of my complaints. Extremely fake and ineffective surface level responses, nothing to address the root cause or try to take accountability, they think as long as they remake it my time doesn't matter. And also are okay pretending to remake something to save 50 cents. Will not be returning if it can be avoided.
