I have visited many locations and I must say that this was my worst experience. There was only one cashier. The line was to the door. Other employees were there and saw the line was long and still didn't help get the line down. I ordered a sweet tea and it was watered down. I was just surprised by what I saw and experience.

I've never rated a CFA this low. I just felt that the area entering the restroom was just plain dirty. The carpet was nasty, and the restroom door needed a good coat of paint. Both paper towel dispensers were out of paper. This NOT by Chick-fil-A standards. I ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad and specified the standard Creamy Salsa dressing but received the Truett's Special Sauce. I went back up to the counter, and a different employee quickly corrected the mistake. The original order taker may have been new because she gave the impression she wanted to be anywhere but there. Maybe she had had a bad day.
I order food from this restaurant a few times weekly, so does my husband. 2 weeks ago my husband ordered my usual meal, #1 Combo, chicken soup instead of waffle fries. When he got home we discovered that the soup was not the chicken soup, but instead the SPICY soup. I can not eat anything spicy. He called the Manager that was on duty that night, I believe his name was Bruce. The manager told my husband to come back when it’s convenient for him and he does not need a recipe, he will put his name in the system, and he will also add a dessert for his inconvenience. 2 days later my husband arrived there and was greeted by 2 Rude female managers. It was on a Saturday. They told him if he did not have a receipt he can not get the Chicken soup, nor the desert. My husband told them to call the Manager that was on duty that Thursday night. They disrespected him and continued to be rude. They made it seem as if he was trying to get a free meal. My husband goes by the name “Pastor G”, and he is also a Medical Doctor. They finally gave him the order. When he got home, I opened the soup, it was Chicken soup, and when I tasted it, it was extremely Spicy!! I’ve never heard of Spicy chicken noodle soup. This was deliberate! I couldn’t eat it, and we will never go there again. This restaurant use to have great customer service. I am very disappointed! And for them to give me Spicy Chicken noodle soup! My Doctor specifically said, that I’m not suppose to eat anything SPICY!

The service at this Chick-fil-A is ridiculous. My boss ordered 2 biscuits online at 7:06. I didn’t get those 2 biscuits until 7:52. I need something in compensation. That’s ridiculous
