Had to commend sweet Kaylee for going the extra mile to help out at the counter pick-up side so that the lines could move and customers could be taken care of!!! Great customer service!! And the BEST mac'n'cheese!!!!

I've never rated a CFA this low. I just felt that the area entering the restroom was just plain dirty. The carpet was nasty, and the restroom door needed a good coat of paint. Both paper towel dispensers were out of paper. This NOT by Chick-fil-A standards. I ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad and specified the standard Creamy Salsa dressing but received the Truett's Special Sauce.
