I've never rated a CFA this low. I just felt that the area entering the restroom was just plain dirty. The carpet was nasty, and the restroom door needed a good coat of paint. Both paper towel dispensers were out of paper. This NOT by Chick-fil-A standards. I ordered a Spicy Southwest Salad and specified the standard Creamy Salsa dressing but received the Truett's Special Sauce. I want to give a special recognition to Chris (supervisor) who was so helpful to me when I came back to the restaurant this past Saturday. There was a mistake with my order and he fixed it with a positive attitude.

This was a great experience. For some reason my app would not work and I couldn't pull my free chicken sandwich. The manager was super kind and did not go back and forth nor did she make me pay for the sandwich. I already love Chick-fil-A but this was tops for me. I will always go back... to this location even though there is one closer to my house. Great service!
