I went to this location to eat with my co-worker and both our orders were wrong. Second to that , our food wasn’t cooked and we ended up with food poisoning. This is my 2nd time coming to this location and having bad service and a partially not cooked meal. I would not recommend this location to anyone who likes chic-Fila-a.
Sigh…it pains me to give a negative CFA review. But this location is notorious for stale fries and NEVER having Mac and cheese. We have spoken to managers/team leaders on shift, but it continues to be an issue. I just don’t understand it. Why is this so hard to keep up with?? Please figure this out. It’s the only location we go to with this problem (but it’s the location closest to us so we’re there A LOT).
The drive through has 2 lanes to order and only 1 to pick up. This caused a back-up and led to people pushing their way to the front (3 cars from the other lane went and wouldn't let our lane in.) Otherwise, everyone was friendly and the food was great.

Awful customer service, not sure what happened to chickfila. They got our order wrong then when I got to the window to tell them they forgot something on my order the employee acted mad even though they're the ones that got it wrong. So I had to pay for what was left off my order which if I'm not wrong in the past they would apologize and sometimes not even make you pay for the item they had forgotten. I guess saying "my pleasure" is no longer a thing. Out of the 4 employees I was in contact with not one person said it. Our "frozen" coffees were not frozen and they were dripping out of the sides. Unsalted fries. Chickfil has always been our go to fast food spot but not anymore!!!!!!!!
