It was a fun experience but the food wasn’t as good as I was hoping with it being a chick fil a, but the sweet potato fries were incredible

We’ve been to this restaurant a few times before. Normally we just go on the chick fil a side of the restaurant and then eat outside. Today we decided to dine in since they offer different menu items.
The food was delicious. I’d give it a solid 4. My sweet potato fries were a little rubbery but everything else we ordered was great.
Now, as far as cleanliness goes, I’m giving a 2. I went to the bathroom and as I was washing my hands a staff member came out of the stall next to mine and only used hand sanitizer instead of washing. She was one of the servers on the dine in side. EW! Not to mention the bathroom smelled horrendous.
Then the plates we were given for our appetizer were dirty. Every single one of them!
The overall total I’m giving is a 3.5. If you don’t dine in you should be fine, or at least you will be blissfully unaware if someone working directly with your food is practicing proper hygiene.

We were visiting family in the Fayetteville area and saw the restaurant. We ordered the fish tacos, chicken pineapple tacos, 2 milkshakes, 1 medium sweet potatoes fries, 1 large fry, a cookie, and 2 drinks. It took 15 minutes after checking in curbside to get our food. Our food was brought out all jammed together in 1 bag. Then the young lady said we will come back with the drinks, which that took another 10 minutes. It seemed like everyone at this location was moving in slow motion. The tacos were good, a little cold but good, and the fries were horrible. Cold, stale, and hard, not to mention the cookie was left out of the bag. I will never return or waste my time and money ($41) ordering from here again. We should have just gone with our original plan and eaten at the Burger Spot down the street.

We got food poisoning after eating here.
After waiting for a table for 40 mins they sat us down but we didnt have any waitress assigned to our table. After another 15 mins of sitting, a waitress finally comes and tells us they had just let her know she was incharge of our table..
Names on the dine in menu look delicious, but definitely NOT worth it.

Came during a not so busy time, place is definitely open still because of atmosphere. Service was terrible. Sweet potato fries were cooked so hard and the rice was overcooked as well. Appetizer came out 3 minutes before the food. Saw people waiting longer than us for two sandwiches!

Seen this place, Truett's Luau, and on a whim, stopped for lunch. Great atmosphere, great service, incredible food. I had Kahlua pork sandwich which is off the chain good. Side coleslaw as well. Different but excellent. Tried the sweet potato waffle fries from the wife. Also, excellent.
Our server was a young lady named Tristan who was friendly, professional, prompt. Exceptional service from this young lady.

We came in with a group larger than 8 and were told they don’t seat more than 8 at a table. While that may be policy, there were clearly tables long enough to accommodate 10 or space in the back where nearby tables could have easily worked for our group. The hostess was courteous and tried to be helpful, but the supervisor, a young woman with glasses and tattoos, seemed annoyed by our request and unwilling to explore any options. Her attitude made us feel like a burden rather than valued customers.

The restaurant was not overly busy, yet it took more than 10 minutes for anyone to come to our table after we were seated. That delay, combined with the dismissive approach from the supervisor, set a negative tone from the start.

On the positive side, the food itself was good and the Hawaiian theme throughout the restaurant was really cool. The decor and vibe had a lot of potential to enhance the experience. Service from the waitstaff was solid once it started, but the overall visit was undermined by the poor handling and unwelcoming demeanor of the supervisor. It left us with the impression that accommodating guests was more of a hassle than a priority.

This is an awesome reaturaunt. It has sit down table service and Polynesian atmosphere. You get a free lei when you walk in. This is the first an only time I have ever eaten at chick fil a. I was told that none of the other locations are like this. The menu is Polynesian influenced, but it's still chick fil a food and kitchen.

Fun experience, not your traditional Chick Fil A. Enjoyed our lunch so much, we did attempt to stop by for breakfast but was disappointed the specialty items were not ready around 8:30. Will be back.
