One hour wait for some food…

Terrible! FIRST AND LAST visit! Our server was accommodating and polite though. A manager never came out to talk to us, apologize, and get our feedback when most of our order was sent back. The server had to be the one to take care of the issues that the kitchen staff did. The server told us she spoke to 3 managers and still the manager did not come to talk to us. This is not ok!
I usually only do Google reviews when it is a positive experience. But, our party of 5 all had problems with our order. Here's what we ordered and what was wrong.
Kalua Pork Nachos- Pork was cold!
Kalua Pork Sandwich- Pork was cold!
Sweet Potato Fries- cold
Fries- cold
Jasmine Rice- cold
Tropical Chicken Nuggets- kinda warm
Mahi Mahi was good
MARKET SALAD WAS THE WORST! Pieces of lettuce had slimy dirt on them!
We all left feeling grossed out!
They did remake or refund some of the items, but we will not be back! We are hoping we don't get sick!
We did tip our server well and made sure she knew this wasn't her fault and that she handled it well.
Our experience was so bad that I called the customer service number to address these complaints!

Heavy foot travel, very busy restaurant. 20-25 minute wait for food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Minutes from I-75, which is probably why the restaurant is so busy.

The slowest Chick-fil-A drive-through ever… everything else is great, with that drive-through is ridiculous. If you need a quick drive-through breakfast, this is not the one to go to.

Unique restaurant and interesting concept but needs 100 more seats min. The chic fi la side is very cramped and small. This chic fi la sells burgers. What? No. That goes against their great marketing idea, the cows. Tried the Maui fish sandwich. Too fishy, needs a sauce and too pricey.
The tropical nuggets were ok but it's just original drowned in a chili pepper Polynesian sauce.
Didn't try the other side but there was a 40 min wait. And when I asked for a To go menu I was then told about the chic fi la not when put in for a table. Also that it's breakfast only on that side. Very confusing restaurant.
It was fine. I've actually never been to chicken fil a but was recommended this place. Food was mediocre at best and expensive. You could play the ukulele which was fun for the kids and hubs. Wouldn't go back though.

The slowest chic fil a I have ever visited.Cool theme but very slow
We saw this place on Tiktok and were in the Atlanta area so we decided to check it out. Its quite a drive from Atlanta, but easy to find. The restaurant is cute and the food is a fun spin on the regular Chic Fil A menu. The portion sizes are large and we shared entrees. The service was slow, but the employees were nice and apologized for the wait. The sweet potato waffle fries were amazing and so were the tacos. Im not sure that I would return, but it was a fun, one time experience.
Parking: The restaurant is in a shopping center with plenty of free parking.

I was really looking forward to forward to trying this place it has been on my list for a while. We took a detour on a road trip to come here and sadly I was not super impressed. The dining room side had over an hour wait on a random weekday afternoon so we opted for the quick serve side since we were hungry. It took a while to order and the staff was not super friendly or helpful. After waiting over 15-20 mins for our food, it was not that impressive, it was comparable to a regular chick fil a. I did love the frosted pineapple. While I do love chick fil a and the food was good, I would not say it’s worth it to go out of the way and come here for the specialty items. If we ever do go back, we plan to sit on the dining room side and try other menu items.

A Hawaiian version of Chick-fil-A, the tropical biggest is a must try, very tender and juicy with a huge pineapple flavor. I’m not one for sweet potato’s but the sweet potato waffle fries was the highlight, sweet yet tangy with the usual crisp. As for the chicken tacos I would pass on that, wasn’t to my liking. Chick-fil-A milkshakes are always top tier, the frosted pineapple milkshake was a game changer. Overall, i’d come back once a week if I lived near.
