I love CSC but can't recommend this location.

Was greeted by A.j outside while we observed a car accident that just happened. I had stopped in the plaza to go to Jersey Mike's next door. After speaking to A.J I was convinced I had to try Chick Salad Chick...man am I glad I met AJ. Great food and super friendly establishment. Will return 100%

First time visiting the employees educated me on the different chicken salad flavors. Told me I can sample up to three flavors. They are a very welcoming crew of people.

Good food, horrible wait time. Ordered my food at 12.37pm, didn’t get it until 1:12pm. Several others who ordered after me received their food before me and were almost finished eating before I could start. Absolutely disappointed at this particular location.

Got a chicken croissant which was used. They put 1 teaspoon of chicken and a pinch of pasta salad which tasted like it was from a day or 2 ago. Very unsatisfied. Started to take it back but I didn't. But I won't go back. They did have a 90-A score in the window but still I won't spend my money there. I was still hungry after this bread sandwich.

I do NOT recommend this Chicken Salad Chick location.

A few months ago, I placed an order here and when I got home, I realized an item was missing. I called the restaurant right away, and the woman I spoke to said she would write my name down so I could get the missing item next time I came in.

Fast forward to today—I placed another order, told the cashier about the previous issue, and gave her my name. They had no record of it. Then, as she hands me today’s order, I check the bag and AGAIN something is missing!

They don’t have a reliable system for tracking order issues, and they clearly don’t double-check bags before handing them out. When I spoke with the manager, she had a nasty attitude and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me the item I already paid for months ago. She even said “Just take it, I’ll pay for it.” But let’s be clear—you’re not paying for anything. That was my money.

The customer service is terrible, and this place clearly doesn’t value its customers. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

Clearly desperate for whatever help they can get. Extremely rude woman who was in charge ( mid 20’s, very heavy). I ordered and paid for 4 items only to be told they were out of 2 of them. Clerk didnt know how to refund me. She called for the in charge woman who processed my refund but took time to scoff at me like I did something wrong. No apology, no thank you just attitude.

My fiance and I love Chicken Salad Chick. Today was our first time visiting this location. The manager helped take our order and he had the most incredible customer service and personality. I know in the south we say that Chick-fil-A is the Lord's chicken, but I believe that Chicken Salad Chick is the truly blessed chicken.
