Highly disappointed and will NOT be back. Waisted my money and my time. Ordered a chicken salad BLT. Look at this bread. They gave me. The outside looked like it had been ironed. The inside was mushly like a half done biscuit. Toating the bread means toasting the bread on both sides, not just putting the outside on a hot plate. I also received NO bacon. Spoke to the manager. Started rasing his voice and saying I can come back in and he'll give me JUST a sandwich, as if hes doing me a favor. How bout this, you or this company, don't have to give me a damn thing else ever in your life. I just wanted you to know about your bad service was, and yes, service includes how people get their food, not just if you had hired clowns. Please kick rocks Sir and keep selling that trash to people who will pay for it like fools. You cant even give it me for free.

It is always spotless when I go in there. There is not a blemish left after someone is done eating absolutely incredibly clean and always smells really good. The food of course is always consistent and incredible. Of course, a little bit pricey but it’s chicken salad and freaking good chicken salad at that.

This is hidden gem.

My first visit at this brand and location in Fayetteville. I was very impressed! I ordered the “Little Chick” kids meal for my son: Lauryn’s lemon basil scoop, grape salad as the side, it comes with a drink and a frosted cookie which was soft, enjoyable and not too sweet. I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade! All of the food was really good and the wheat crackers that came with the meal were wonderful. The cashier explained to me what cones with the kids meal and I must say that the quality and the value are perfectly matched. Her customer service was good and the receipt says “Nima” so shout out to her. The dining room was clean and inviting. My son was pleased as I was as well. I plan to come back.

Kid-friendliness: The chicken salad scoop was perfect..you can’t beat the options that come with this kids meal for the value.

I really love chicken salad and have passed this location multiple times and decided to give it a try today. I ordered the Fancy Nancy. I also asked if my croissant could be toasted. Was told they could only toast it if I wanted to make it a melt with cheese. I declined that option. Croissants are typically buttery and flaky, this one was cold, like it had been in the refrigerator and chewy. I also asked for salt and pepper packets and was told I had some in the plasticware packet in my bag. I was not even given plastic ware, so no salt or pepper. The chicken salad was bland and only three halved grapes were in my scoop, so literally 1.5 grapes and 4 small apple pieces, and yes I counted with every bite bc I was searching! I'm not sure I would classify their description as correct for this sandwich given the bare minimum of fruit in it. I would rename this the minced pecan chicken salad because that's all that could be tasted for the most part. The complimentary pickle was the star of the meal. I was very disappointed. The food was given to me speedily through the drive thru so that's a plus I guess.

I never thought I would be able to eat chicken salad on a weekly basis until I tried this place.
The barbecues chicken salad was great as well as the lemon basil one. Even my grandmother enjoyed eating her chicken salad.

This location is rude and not customer friendly. I have ordered from here 2 times each with similar experiences. The first time I order a large Olivia's South and the second time I ordered a scoop. With each order I was only given 3 packets of crackers. When I asked for more I was given an attitude and rudely told I had crackers in the bag. The first time I was not given any additional crackers and the second time I had to beg for one additional packet. I don't understand why the staff is rude. This is unacceptable. I will not return to this location as I have never had this problem with any other location.

The assistant manager was very rude! My order wasn't ready on time. The manager addressed me like I was a delivery person. When I told him I was Michelle, he was shocked not sure the shocked came from me being Michelle or my name being Michelle. When I asked for extra crackers he said a very sly remake (" extra crackers for one scoop") when I told him I only had 2 he said no its 4. But, I was literally looking in the container when I seen only 2. I asked him do they count them he said "Yes! We do" in a very rude and sarcasm way. I will not be returning and I'm leaving a review for ppl that looks like me to see.

I use to come here once a week when I go visit my family. I always stop here to grab a big tub of bbq chick salad and always get a lot of crackers with it. Today 8/21/2024 at 2pm I was cheated, I paid for a big tub of chicken salad and the cashier gave me 5 crackers. I notice and went back to the cashier and ask for more cause this is not what I usually get which maybe 10-12 crackers. The cashier told me she only allow to give me what she gave me and said she will throw in 2 extra and walk away. The was quiet standing close by her. I support this restaurant since it had open. Now me, my family and friends will take our money else where.
