I was very pleased with Chuck E. Cheese. My son enjoyed his birthday party and he had a blast.The customer service was excellent. All of the associates were very nice and they made sure I had everything I needed. It wasn't very crowded. The place was very clean, and organized. I even pulled the manager to the side to tell him how pleased I was with the staff and the customer service. I told him that we would be returning, and that I would recommend this location to all of my friends and family.

Overall, experience was pretty good!
We had a birthday party here today. Service is a 6/10. Our host was more of a 9/10. Her name was Sunny. Communicated well, made sure we had what we needed. I think there’s a lack of drive & training with the other employees. One of the girls working the register was nice, just lacked training. Birthday party was ready a few minutes after our scheduled time, It was very slow in there as far as foot traffic and seemed like the employees were moving at that pace, too.
Pizzas were surprisingly good. Sodas were just right! The play areas were neat and pretty clean. I do think there could be some revamping on the games. There were about 6 of them out of order…. Maybe a few more. Overall it was an easy party and was thankful to have the host who took good care of us! & Chuck- E Cheese show for birthday boy was a hit! Value for what we received, was great! I’d just entourage y’all to invest in training for employees. I do understand it’s hard to find folks with good work ethics. Looking at receipt and was received I do believe we were shorted a pizza, but thankfully we had just enough for everyone.
All the kiddos enjoyed their time.

Cashing in the cards for prizes was pretty difficult. The gentleman working that area was struggling and it didn’t seem like the others really wanted to help him. We tried combing cards, they said we could but had to limit it to 3k and we really didn’t want to do that. They just didn’t have an override card or something? Not sure.

Not what it used to be by any stretch, but the kids still have fun. If you want to get on the playground, be prepared to pay $15 for a pair of their special socks. If you want a basic medium 2 topping pizza, be prepared to fork out $23. For the prices they charge... both the arcade and playground should be a lot better. I've seen better playgrounds at Burger King, frankly.

I'm a 90s kid so it's not as crazy as I remember. But the kids had fun.. well mine was scared of everything but he still managed to have fun. The place was well organized, clean. The pizza was solid. Nice establishment to take your kid for a party. I would post pics but I don't post my baby online in open forums. Also the only thing I didn't like is that they had only one going lady working the entire place for about 3 hrs while we were there. She did really well and was very nice and patient but with like 5 kids parties simultaneously that was not cool having her working like that. Overall it was a good experience. Stop being being cheap and get that young lady some help. The one that was working on the 15th of November... the opener. That's all.

I visited this Chuck E. Cheese on Thursday, 11/13 around 6:15 PM, and the customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. As soon as we walked in, we were not greeted at all. The front staff was standing there chatting with each other, and we waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. I eventually walked up to the counter, and they still continued their conversation—no “hello,” no “welcome,” nothing.

Finally, an employee named Markia came to the register, but even then there was no greeting or apology for the delay. I told her what we wanted, and when it was time to scan my app, the scanner wasn’t even positioned toward me. I thought employees typically scan it for you? Instead, I had to adjust it myself. While helping us, she also made a comment to a coworker saying she was “ready to get out of here” and hoping she could leave by 7:30. Completely unprofessional and showed how little she cared about the customer experience.

After we sat down, my daughter went to play a game, but her card didn’t work. I tried it as well—still nothing. That’s when I realized no game play had been added at all, even though I am a Gold Member and pay $29.99 monthly. She never scanned my app properly, never asked if I wanted to add game play, and never acknowledged my membership benefits. She was clearly too distracted by personal conversations.

I walked back to the front, and now three employees were standing by the salad bar just chatting. I stood there for 2–5 minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever until I finally had to say “excuse me.” One of them even chuckled as if I was bothering them. When Markia came over again, it still took her another few minutes to help me because she kept talking to her coworkers. The lack of urgency and professionalism was unbelievable.

To make things worse, no one checked our stamps when we exited, which is a huge safety concern. My husband was with us, but point-blank: child security should never be taken lightly.

I drive 40 minutes to come to this Chuck E. Cheese, and I have never experienced anything like this before. It’s clear the employees would rather stand around talking about going home than actually doing their jobs. I truly hope management reviews the cameras from that evening because the behavior was unacceptable.

This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing visit, and I hope this location takes immediate steps to improve customer service.

Great inside fun we had for Halloween it was very windy and cold outside for my five year old daughter and I enjoyed the atmosphere it wasn’t crowded and chaotic at all and I saw all the children enjoying themselves and parents the female supervisor was helping everybody and staff while also making sure she had a safe and clean environment I will definitely be back again the food was hot and tasty and the kids costumes were very fun for the event

Attended a kids birthday party here and was quite surprised to see how they renovated the location since the last time i stopped by.

Definitely a great place to take kids to play or have a indoor party.
