I just had my Daughter's Birthday 🎂 there and it was amazing. They had so much there for them to do. They over all loved it and I'll be back for my other 2 babies birthdays.

I had to take a moment to commend Tytiana, the manager at Chuck E. Cheese, for her exceptional leadership, professionalism, and warm interpersonal skills. During our recent visit, my grandbabies was so excited to see Chuck E. in action. Unfortunately, the initial experience with the person in the costume was lackluster—unenthusiastic and disengaged, which was disappointing, especially for the children.
But Tytiana completely turned things around. Without hesitation, she stepped in herself to get back into the Chuck E. suit—something that truly speaks volumes about her dedication and heart for customer service. She didn’t just go through the motions—she made the experience magical. She danced, engaged with the children, and made sure my grandbaby felt special and seen. That level of personalization and commitment is rare, and it made all the difference in our visit.
I also want to give a shout-out to Olivia, who was kind and accommodating, as well as the male managers on duty who showed support and professionalism. But Tytiana was the standout—hands down, I would return again if I knew she was running the shift. She greeted every family with a smile, maintained a positive and friendly attitude, and ensured the environment was joyful and welcoming.
Tytiana, thank you for going above and beyond. You turned what could have been a mediocre visit into a memorable, joy-filled day for my grandbaby. Your passion, leadership, and personal touch did not go unnoticed. Chuck E. Cheese is lucky to have you!

Times have changed. For those that remember the old animated characters on stage, now its a large TV screen. Games are played using a pre paid card, and quite a few games were inoperable. The staff was friendly and helped with a malfunctioning pre payment card for game play. The policy of checking children leaving to confirm they were with whom they came with was not enforced. All in all, we will not return.

Not many games for toddlers ages 3-4. Doesn't have the enclosed play structure with slide, tunnel, etc. like CA Chuck E Cheese. Disappointed, especially after paying comparable price for less. Out of Individual pizza, so we had to buy a medium one, which was just as expensive. More engagement from cashier w ould have been better. She spoke too low and didn't really explain how to purchase games, time options, especially since I have low vision and couldn't see the menu board.

My son just had his 4th birthday here and although ultimately he enjoyed I was pretty disappointed in the customer service here I truly believe the manager has true intentions with being nasty towards all this is not the first encounter either her attitude is truly a disgrace and you’re working around kids I’m truly exhausted with the amount of times this woman has came off like this I’m sure people go and back and forth with her all day long very passive aggressive my family and I were as she quoted 18 minutes late for our party well we had been in the line since 6:12 either way we weren’t tripping it’s about the kids who cares? Even to go far as far as saying a racial slur we were the only mixed family with Hispanic children rushing us out at 8:50 we tried to be as polite as possible but again it really got to a point today where enough is enough I was so worried about this happening on my son birthday just by reading the other reviews and past experiences yet and again she failed again please get this woman out of management before someone gets hurt seriously she gone come across the right one don’t waste your time it’s not worth the hassle.

We arrived at this Chuck E. Cheese and were immediately disappointed in the customer service we received. We traveled from Ohio to see family and arranged for the youngest in our family to have a fun time at Chuck E. Cheese. When we arrived at 10:10 am, no one seemed interested in helping us and no one there was pleasant. When we placed an order for a Fun Pass we were told that we would need to pay for cards in excess of the allowed 2. As someone who has done the Fun pass before, I knew this to be incorrect - you are allowed up to 6 passes. The games were working mostly, but when it was time to redeem points, we were again met with a less than friendly employee. For a place whose clientele is mostly children, I was expecting a more friendly demeanor and never got that. Overall, I have no plans on visiting this Chuck E. Cheese for future trips and am disappointed that I paid the $69.99 for such terrible service.

The worst Chuck E. Cheese experience! The employees had no customer service and we waited over an hour for 1 pizza and cheese sticks. The kids had played and were ready to eat. Go and check my order the kitchen staff can’t even talk because their mouths are stuffed eating pizza. When I said I’ve been waiting an hour they responded well the kitchen backed up rudely I said well they should inform people of that when spending 30.00 for a single pizza that it will be over an hour wait for it. My kids were bored and most of the games are broken bathrooms are gross. I see why this company is going bankrupt this is garbage.
