So customer service is definitely not a must or a priority at this location. Food was hot but the service was not!

We’ve been customers of this DQ for over 5 years, and the service at this particular location has been the worst of any Dairy Queen we’ve been to. I shared my experience with 5 or 6 of my neighbors and we all agreed it is unacceptable. Employees aren’t responsible and don’t seem to care about customers, and it shows in most visits.

If you are the owner: You may want to get in contact with one of us — I would welcome discuss this and I'm sure we would all be happy see improvements to our local DQ.

Their chocolate dipping sauce for their ice cream seems to have been diluted the last five times that I’ve gone. It doesn’t even cover and create a good Chocolate crust. The standards are really getting low.

RUDE! i ordered a medium ice cream cone. they tried to hand me a melted cone that was lopsided, falling off the cone & looked like it sat for 5 minutes before i got to the window. Not to mention it was cuffed in the workers hands , no gloves, no napkin as a barrier. i asked the guy to remake it , he huffed & rolled his eyes. i politely pulled off . First & last time at this location.

When I entered the store, not a single employee greeted me; instead, they kept talking among themselves. Eventually, a young man came from the drive-thru to assist me he was very nice and manner able . Meanwhile, a foreign man came straight out of the restroom and began preparing ice cream without wearing gloves or washing his hands at the dessert station. Atp I was annoyed and disgusted so I left . This is not the first encounter at this location I will not return

I came to this Dairy Queen and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered an orange cream shake, and instead of using the proper bottle of orange flavoring that was sitting right there, the manager an Indian guy scooped out some thick, chunky orange sauce from a used sundae cup and put it straight into both mine and my wife’s shakes. That’s not just lazy, it’s nasty. I don’t know what kind of standards y’all have here, but that was beyond unprofessional and honestly unacceptable.

Rude staff that don’t know how to read and provide orders appropriately. Please teach customer service and empathy to our young people.

At 9:30pm, on my nieces graduation day, the doors were locked. There was a family inside and the store team said the kitchen was closed. The sign stated the store closed at 10pm. The team stated “the kitchen is closed but the drive thru is open” so my niece and her friends went through the drive thru. The rude girl became argumentative with what was available to purchase so my niece left with no ice cream and went to another establishment. There is no option for no stars.

Tried to charge me $.99 for sauce and then tried to insinuate that i wanted free food, so I returned everything. I paid $13 for food that I would like to eat my way. I didn't make a scene i just explained i paid $13 for food and $1 is too expensive for sauce. They proceeded to talk about me badly in my face. I'm Muslim as well sir and certain key words weird said that were insulting. You never know who can understand you. Have better customer service and check your prejudices

Overpriced and disappointing. I ordered chicken tenders for myself and my kids, spending $48 on three meals and two ice cream blizzards. The chicken tenders were dry and tasted old. The chocolate blizzard was awful, and when I asked to exchange it for something else, the staff acted as if they didn’t understand English. The employee refused to swap it out. My son ended up throwing his meal away. I won’t be coming back—total waste of money.
