Their chocolate dipping sauce for their ice cream seems to have been diluted the last five times that I’ve gone. It doesn’t even cover and create a good Chocolate crust. The standards are really getting low.

Jacobi had amazing customer service. When asked if the ice cream ever fell out when the flipped it, he responded “never because we make it right every time” and if that’s not the best response from an employee then idk what is. Otherwise he was very kind and patient!

The service was quick, the store was clean and the prices definitely reflect today economy. My food was good as could be expected but they were skimpy on the caramel sauce even after I asked for more. As much as that food costs, he should’ve just given it to me.
