I visited Dominos store #4179 on 7/13. @ 800 pm . While I was there 30 minutes ,I noticed that employee by the name of Zora customer service was and work ethic was outstanding !! Her willingness to help other employees while still getting the job done showed she is a good team player Good job .š Zora

Over the last like month and a half, this location of Dominoes has continuously performed way below expectations. First, they had a delivery person mark an order delivered that we never received. Took a week to get a refund. Then, against my approval, the household decides they want to try it again. For myself, I ordered pepperoni, sausage, and extra cheese. There is construction going on in our neighborhood, so we ALWAYS include instructions. Nobody ever follows them. But, the pizza itself, you'd expect not to see the bare crust where the toppings are, especially if you paid for extra cheese, but i was wrong. You could see down to the bare crust in a lot of places on the pizza towards the middle of the pizza, which demonstrates a lack of doing the basics of making a pizza. But, because the cheesy bread was good, my family decided again about a week ago to order again. I made a promise that if my food came out bad again I would not be contributing to orders from Dominoes ever again, and guess what? They trashed it again, ever worse than the last time. (Same order for me, medium pep and sausage with extra cheese) there was barely any cheese to even pull, the base or crust of the pizza was showing again (not around the edge, but in middle of the pizza. Not dough bubbles) I will keep my promise and avoid ordering from this location moving forward. I want what I pay for and this barely hit or miss stuff isn't working out for me.

It's been 2 hours and 10 minutes since I've ordered my pizza I still do not have my pizza they do not answer the phone at the office there on Glen Street in Fayetteville Georgia and I've never had such poor service in my life

Delivery time was quoted at 8:30-8:40pm its 9:15pm and driver was originally scheduled to arrive at 9:09pm and now tracker says 9:23pm its a Tuesday!!! Canāt get anyone to answer at the store! Avoid getting delivery! I might like the food?? If I ever get it!

I ordered a pizza after waiting over an hour I started calling to check status. 4 times I listen to the robo machine. No answer. It's now over 1 hours 15 minutes and no pizza. I don't know if they will deliver tonight or not. I'm calling Papa John's.

Ordered at 11.45 pm. Order said Toni is working on it. He marked my order delivered but never actually delivered it. Tried to call the store it was closed. They basically took the money and closed the store.

I am a weekly customer of this location. Today they forgot the bell peppers in my pizza. I called to let someone know, and in the middle of a team member speaking to me; a Manager got on the line. I explained what happened and she offered me 2 options. I chose for the pizza to be remade. The MANAGER said ok and hung up in my face. I called back and she stated that she has other things going on and that she didnāt have time to continue to speak to me. As a proprietor of a restaurant, and working in the field for 20 plus years; this is No Way to treat your customers, especially regulars. I will let all of Fayetteville know how rudely I was treated by Dominoes Pizza in Fayetteville.

I ordered twice from the River station location to not get my food twice, because their delivery driver couldn't find my address to my job the 1st time he gave my order to the wrong person at the complete wrong location, when speaking to the manager he was so rude and told me I didn't put detailed directions and I asked what is GPS for and that their site doesn't allow but only a few characters for instructions the dude hung up in my face I ended up not getting food for lunch twice due to their map system
