I am a weekly customer of this location. Today they forgot the bell peppers in my pizza. I called to let someone know, and in the middle of a team member speaking to me; a Manager got on the line. I explained what happened and she offered me 2 options. I chose for the pizza to be remade. The MANAGER said ok and hung up in my face. I called back and she stated that she has other things going on and that she didn’t have time to continue to speak to me. As a proprietor of a restaurant, and working in the field for 20 plus years; this is No Way to treat your customers, especially regulars. I will let all of Fayetteville know how rudely I was treated by Dominoes Pizza in Fayetteville.

I ordered twice from the River station location to not get my food twice, because their delivery driver couldn't find my address to my job the 1st time he gave my order to the wrong person at the complete wrong location, when speaking to the manager he was so rude and told me I didn't put detailed directions and I asked what is GPS for and that their site doesn't allow but only a few characters for instructions the dude hung up in my face I ended up not getting food for lunch twice due to their map system

I normally order the New Style pizza and it's very good. I recently ordered a pizza and it was hard. They left it in the oven too long. I was very disappointed.
