Horrible staffing both times I have been here. Last time the lady just walked away to go to the back after I placed my order and didn't say anything and was back there for q very long time. Then she proceeded to give me my order. Odd!

I have been going here off and on since they opened and they have been on a downward swing for a while now. Today I went in and the owners child was playing in the middle of the floor with all the jelly packets they offer to customers. They didn't have but 3 options of donuts in their case an hour and a half AFTER they were already open. Told me to order from the board, and when I did they didn't have the items. She kept trying to get me to order a ton of donuts with sprinkles. I don't even like them. I left with only a few, 4 of them plain glazed, and that cost more than $10. Bad experience and worse each time I go. So disappointed.

If you’re ever in the Fayetteville area and looking for delectable donuts, look no further. I stopped in this place literally 20 mins before closing and just got a glazed twist donut to satisfy my sweet tooth and it was nothing short of amazing. It was light, fluffy and melted in my mouth. I will DEFINITELY be returning here as soon as I get the opportunity! Do your taste buds a favor and try this place out!
Ok so one thing that they can improve on is having someone there that speaks and understands English very well. I ordered a croissant and it said that it comes with egg and cheese yet I still got charged for the egg and the cheese. Then she didn’t understand so there was never any rectification. I just had to pay for it which was unfair. Let me know if it’s just me (receipt below).

So I'm pregnant and I have been craving Donuts but homemade donuts particularly not Krispy Kreme or Dunkin. Came into this location Monday afternoon around 2:45 the young lady who was working the counter was very nice as well as the young man she was also very patient with me as this was my first time there oh my god when I tell you these Donuts are so good you can tell that they're fresh the icing on the donuts and spectacular they're fluffy their moist I just can't get enough I will come back and I also feel that the prices are reasonable I got a ultimate dozen which was $1 and some change but you get to pick 4 ultimate donuts for specialty donuts and four Classic Donuts since I couldn't make my mind up this was the perfect combination for me and my two children will be coming back service was great food was great love it

I absolutely love this place! I treat myself & my nephew every Saturday - and I also gift clients a box of donuts regularly. (I own a cleaning business: Heart and Soul Cleaning in Fayetteville, GA.) I rated the atmosphere 4/5 stars only because I noticed the common areas needed a deep clean. Other than that, everything else is PERFECT!

I didnt realize that they were the same place that is in McDonough. I was driving all the way there when I am closer to Fayetteville. Now that I have found this location I am so excited. The donuts are A+++. So fresh and so good! This will be a problem that they are now closer. Their breakfast is good and its just an overall good quaint space for breakfast and sweet treats! A must try!

Knowledge of what you are selling is key to success in any business. The person behind the counter did not have any knowledge of tapioca balls/pearls. When it is on the menu board you need to know. Now I purchased some donuts and a boba. Now if she would have told me about not having or knowing that they did not have any tapioca I would have not completed my purchase. Again she did not even know what tapioca pearls were! Started out great and just did not finish!!!

Went on national donut day...no bueno... the kids running around were sporting ass goiters...you heard!
Driest doughnuts I've ever had. It made me sad. Also, did not give me correct doughnuts ordered.
