Frequently visit this Dunkin’ Donuts. This morning’s experience was something from hell. Order wrong twice. And the ladies both at the window and the one making the coffee had nothing BUT attitudes when it came to fixing both orders. They need a new lesson in customer service because that was terrible. How are you going to have an attitude for an order YOU messed up missing items?!

Very thankful for this location & employees this morning! I drive from south Fayetteville to Atlanta often and really do not like the Dunkin close to the square due to traffic. I have always used this location and had a great experience, but this morning I mixed up the locations in my app while trying to place a pick up order so when I arrived my order obviously was not there. The employees were so kind and made my order under 5 mins and didn’t blink an eye! I wish I got their names because they made my hectic morning much more positive!

Tonight I when me and my children were coming to visit the Fayetteville, GA location, our business was turned down by the employee who stated “we’re closed” while the door was still unlocked and customers were sitting in the lobby eating. Had to be maybe 8 ppl in there it was 9:05 and we just wanted to order a drink and free donuts but was treated really unfair and it felt racially motivated. The ppl in the restaurant were ordering ice cream but we couldn’t order. My children were upset and asking why are those ppl ordering then. This is unfair as we left the employee that made the statement that the store was closed. She walked to the door and locked the door while the customers in there remained, sat eating, and ordering

Ordered two Croissants and requested bacon and cheese on them. Got the order, the croissants were not even warm and just had the chicken without the bacon and cheese. Was able to get another croissant but the cheese was not even melted and the whole thing was just not what I expected. On top of that, one of the coffees I ordered was like half way filled. Smh. Just not a great service today! Not sure if I will rerurn.

Stopped by today to get an iced coffee, and what I got was horrible service from the young lady at the window, and payed over $4.00 for the coffee and it was nasty fixed incorrectly. I tried to call to speak with the manager on duty, but of course no one answered. I usually stop at this location on my way to work and have never received bad service or given a terrible drink.
