I’m usually a big advocate for Dunkin, but my experience at the Dunkin’ location was disappointing. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a caramel iced coffee. When I got to the window, I could tell the coffee wasn’t right, and my concern was brushed off.
To make matters worse, my order was incorrect—I received a bagel instead of a croissant. I don’t eat bagels and was very clear with my order. I ended up paying close to $10 and couldn’t even enjoy my breakfast. In today’s economy, that matters.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope they improve order accuracy and customer service.

My Sandwich was completely burnt, tried to call numerous times no one ever answered the phone. The nerve of this Dunkin’ doughnuts to try and request a tip before cashing out your order in the drive thru line. I have been a Dunkin girl my entire life but this location has consistently messed up my order’s. I want my food replaced !

I ordered the ultimate bacon jam croissant, it blessed my entire soul. The croissant was buttery, soft with a slight crunch. The egg was perfect with the good cheese and that bacon jam was the star of the show. My iced espresso with oatmilk was delicious too. Customer service was Good and the young lady that gave my order was super polite

Coffee was terrible. Cashiers were nice but the coffee tastes like hot water.
Frequently visit this Dunkin’ Donuts. This morning’s experience was something from hell. Order wrong twice. And the ladies both at the window and the one making the coffee had nothing BUT attitudes when it came to fixing both orders. They need a new lesson in customer service because that was terrible. How are you going to have an attitude for an order YOU messed up missing items?!

Very thankful for this location & employees this morning! I drive from south Fayetteville to Atlanta often and really do not like the Dunkin close to the square due to traffic. I have always used this location and had a great experience, but this morning I mixed up the locations in my app while trying to place a pick up order so when I arrived my order obviously was not there. The employees were so kind and made my order under 5 mins and didn’t blink an eye! I wish I got their names because they made my hectic morning much more positive!
