Please be careful when eating here I was at drive-thru. The young lady who was the cashier had on one glove. She walked to the donuts and with that dirty glove retrieved my donuts. I called for a manager. The manager saidshe would fix my order. The cashier took off her glove proceeded to retrieve the donuts for me. She grabbed a tissue paper with no gloves on reached over the manager to get my food again. The manager went to get my food & did not stop the cashier. This is a new location, I am so disappointed in the service today. I have been going here since they opened. Last Sunday, at 8:30 pm they were out of donuts & munchkins. This all happened in drive-thru. The manager had the obligation of making sure she changed those gloves in between customers and in between taking cash from customers. No way should she have stuck that dirty glove in the donuts to contaminate the rest of the food

I come here everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times a day and usually always get excellent service but when I went yesterday GabrAnna was awful. She cut me off and I sat at the order screen for over 3 minutes just to tell her I had a mobile order. Just incredibly rude

This is my 2nd time at this DD location, and I'm glad I've been coming here since. They always have fresh doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches. Baskin Robbin's Icecream is also in the store. They have many icecream flavors as well. Everything looks delicious. :-) The store is super clean and the employees are super nice. It's 8:53 in the morning and it's a lot of people in placing orders through the drive-thru. The inside has a few customers ordering for take out, but not sitting inside. If we're in the area, we will visit again.

I love this Dunkin! I am by there a couple times a week. I use the app most times bc they have such good deals and you earn points. I can usually get a coffee for $2. You can't beat that for specialty coffee. Also it doesn't matter if it's 5 am in the morning, in the evening, or on weekends... I always get the same great customer service. They always get my order right and are quick. The restaurant is also always clean. This is how I splurge on myself every week.

This is by far the cleanest, most well-stocked Dunkin I've ever visited. The staff was nice, provided great customer service and was quick even with a full drive-thru. I'm a rideshare driver and stop at Dunkins all around Atlanta for coffee in the morning and I'll tell you this Dunkin can teach a class to the rest of them about how it's supposed to be done. The tables were freshly wiped down and ready for me to sit and enjoy my breakfast. Even the bathroom was spotless! Well done, you guys!

The sausage, egg and cheese croissant at this location is consistently the BEST sandwich from ANY dunkin location. They're back there timing things PERFECTLY! I've never received a sloppy, burnt or cold sandwich from them! The coffee is consistently good! Never tastes watered down or burnt.I had to wait longer than normal one time. The young lady working the drive thru took my order, had to make the breakfast sandwiches (I ordered 4), grab 4 donuts and make my coffee (I had one original blend and a specialty coffee. Where was her help! I told my daughter to fill out an application they definitely need the help! And the server did NOT have an attitude. I'm sure she was overwhelmed especially after I added to my order. She remained cool and calm. I apologized for my indecisiveness...I hadn't had the coffee yet lol!Other than that this is my preferred dunkin choice! I don't have a problem waiting for good food and service. Prices are too high for people to have you wait AND they're cutting corners. I'm praying they remain consistent and get some help.
