Every time I go to this location my iced latte is always strait milk. I’ve asked them to remake and explained there is barely any espresso. They stated all drinks are only made with one shot of espresso. None of the other Dunkin locations do that. Ridiculous.

been coming to this dunkin for awhile now, almost everyday getting the same thing which is a iced mocha latte (the regular one). but today however it was so awful i couldn’t even drink it. so very bitter with no sweetness. they gave me a normal iced coffee with chocolate sauce, NOT what i ordered. first to start when i was in line ready to pay, the rude lady had an attitude when she rung me up for something that i didn’t order, after telling no that’s the wrong thing she grabbed the drink and ran off and rolled her eyes. then proceeded to give me just a normal iced coffee with no sugar, when i had ordered a latte originally. i can definitely tell the difference coming from someone who’s been here almost everyday ordering the same drink everytime.

I come here very frequently and normally the customer service is great!! However, on 7/19/2023, my mother, brother and I came in and the door said they closed as at 9 so we went in being that it was 7:42.. the girl behind the counter with reddish curly hair was so so rude to my mother. I couldn’t believe it. My mom was just asking simple question and she was rolling her eyes and rudely responding.. I understand people have bad days and I understand that but if you’re having a bad day then fix the drinks or food where you are not dealing directly with the public that day or something but her attitude and demeanor were unacceptable. And as soon as we left, around 8:30 they basically followed behind us and locked the door. If the hours are different than what’s on the door they should post it

Don’t know what’s happened the last few months but this used to be my dunkin id go to before work every weekend in the morning and now it’s just not good. The employees have attitudes and they cannot keep up with supply EVER!!! They are always out of the stuff to make the specialty drinks but then get mad when you try to order them because they are ADVERTISED! Can’t come back here until they can actually keep the ingredients to make stuff for more than 1 week. And the employees are rude!

I loooooveeee this Dunkin donuts!! My iced coffee ALWAYS tastes great! This is the best Dunkin donuts I've ever been to!!! Whoever makes the iced coffee in the mornings here needs to go around and train other Dunkin baristas!

Waited in the drive through for at least 40 minutes and ended up getting two bacon breakfast sandwiches that featured raw bacon which is a major health risk! No one answered my calls on the store number and when I returned I was told the manager is the only one that can issue a refund and she would get back to me at her convenience! Really?!?? I would stay far away from this location if you care about your health! Look at the disgusting pictures attached and I’m sure you will also be appalled!
