Went in at 11:17 am there were five people behind the counter and One customer waiting for a sandwich.
It took them 20 minutes to make my hook and ladder. That's absolutely ridiculous. Ruined my lunch break. Made me late returning from lunch and I had to eat it while I was driving.
If your time's valuable, do not go here

Come here maybe once a week to grab a sandwich. Im to the point into going to another sandwich shop. Constantly have to repeat myself. Can here the person a the register. Food was wrong last time took 3 sandwiches to get it right. They stand around while we wait for our food talking and cursing i tell them 2 to 3 times on the pickle and yet I never get one.

Ordered the Thanksgiving sandwich, after seeing the mouth-watering tv ad. Very disappointed in the real thing - a little turkey, a lot of stuffing, and just a tinge of pink on the roll - no actual cranberry sauce anywhere in sight. Overall, dry and bland.

I used to be a General Manager at a Firehouse Subs in Gwinnett so I speak as both a customer and former manager when I say: this store has a great night crew. Line was staffed and the crew did a great job at balancing customer engagement and vibing to the music while also getting the food out properly and on time. Floor, tables, and sauce bar were clean; chips and cookie basket organized - exactly what the shop should look and feel like. I am a recent transplant to Fayetteville and will definitely revisit this location again.

While l like their subs and what it stands for, my experience can go from excellent to disappointing fast. I ordered my subs, it was repeated back and I ok'd. Got it home and one sub was to have light mayo and onions....it was involved. Another only tomatoes, pickles and light on mayo and mustard....again involved. Also had enough oil on anther to fry chicken in. Why ask me how I want my subs if you are not going to make them as requested?!

My first visit to this establishment and a firehouse franchise was less than desirable from placing the order to failing to prepare orders in sequence.
After waiting a lengthy time to place my order, I finally placed order at 5:47pm. A woman came behind me and placed her order.
At 6:01, he calls the woman who ordered behind me to pick up her order. After getting her order, she then turns to me and says, I hope they didn't forget your order since I ordered after you.
So, I went to the counter and inquired about my order and he said, we make orders in the order we receive them. I told him, I ordered before her. He shrugged his shoulders, I don't know maybe they got out of order or something. We making it now. His demeanor was very dismissive.
At this time, I have waited 15 to 20 minutes for a sandwich, I stated nevermind and asked for a refund.
Bad wait time and customer service experience that caused me to try another establishment Larry's Giant Subs a block down.
