I try to call no answer , never staffed ,food is good but the wait and non customer service, makes me want to go to subway!

My first visit to this establishment and a firehouse franchise was less than desirable from placing the order to failing to prepare orders in sequence.
After waiting a lengthy time to place my order, I finally placed order at 5:47pm. A woman came behind me and placed her order.
At 6:01, he calls the woman who ordered behind me to pick up her order. After getting her order, she then turns to me and says, I hope they didn't forget your order since I ordered after you.
So, I went to the counter and inquired about my order and he said, we make orders in the order we receive them. I told him, I ordered before her. He shrugged his shoulders, I don't know maybe they got out of order or something. We making it now. His demeanor was very dismissive.
At this time, I have waited 15 to 20 minutes for a sandwich, I stated nevermind and asked for a refund.
Bad wait time and customer service experience that caused me to try another establishment Larry's Giant Subs a block down.

Staff didn't mention they were out of ingredients and instead I had to check my food before leaving and ask were certain toppings that are pre included were. The sub was looked horribly put together with sparsely laid meat and toppings. After my last few experiences at this location I didn't eat the food I ordered once I got home luckily I did not because the other person with me who order the same meal was sick shortly after consumption. Firehouse subs used to be a brand I could trust I'm not going back to this location again.

First impressions are everything. There was a crew of nasty people with bad attitudes today. Forget about coming to this location for redeeming the T-Mobile BOGO offer. I’ve never had this issues with other Firehouse locations in GA or TN. Today’s visit was a joke and waste of time because they don’t want to assist you with the extras like banana peppers, black olives, cucumbers which aren’t available on the Firehouse Subs app for T-Life (T-Mobile Tuesday) rewards. And if you go in the restaurant trying to order at the counter, you get attitude. I had to sit and order online anyway. I waited more than an hour as they served the people in line first. There was a pickup time on the app that they purposely disregard. And I wasn’t the only T-Mobile customer with the same issues or people waiting around to pick up their food. My orders weren’t prepared correctly either. I requested extras and barely got the regular portion. There is definitely a continuity programming issue with Firehouse Subs app and T-Life rewards that needs to be resolved.

I arrived to the store around 8:28pm . When I arrived they turned the open light off. As I walk in I was not greeted welcoming . As the workers Annie (if that’s her real name ) black glasses stated they only making cold subs. I advised they don’t close til 9pm so what’s the reason for not making hot subs and since when did they stop 30 mins early. She said since she been working but she was not making a hot sub. I asked for the manager she stated there was no manager on duty . So if there’s no manger then how are staff making rational business decisions? I asked for the manger name and corporate information she refused to give it to me and told me to come back tomorrow . She young lady that was at the register was trying to rectify the issue but after the conversation with Annie I felt as I was not a valued customer.

Wow. The incompetence at this location is astounding. We ordered two of the same items. A 4 member staff couldn’t figure out our order which on the menu clear as day. Our order had the same name as a family of four, we were a family of two. They got our names wrong not once but three times and promised our order was almost ready. After calling us up to pick up our food the items were wrong. We ordered a New York steamer. We waited 20 minutes. In our bag was a Philly cheese steak with a crap ton of mayo. We asked for a refund for our entire order. As we were getting a refund we heard the black woman working tonight say “Just take the meat off of the sandwich and switch the bread out.” WHAT IF THAT CUSTOMER HAS ALLERGIES?! This was a disgusting team and I will be reporting this entire team that was present tonight.

We come to this firehouse frequently after my son's appointments. An employee named Brent always makes our day. He goes above and beyond to greet us, talk with my son, and bring him a hat. His service is exceptional! We love it when he’s working!

There was 3 people in my party. We placed our order at 5:01 pm & received it at 5:26 pm. I have been to other Firehouse Subs much more busier & took less time to get my food. There was only 2 other small groups of people in the restaurant & 3 or 4 to go orders. My sub was good, a Hook & Ladder. My son had the kids meatball sub & my husband had the med meatball sub with a side salad. Meatballs on both subs were burnt. My husband had to eat his salad with a spoon because there was no forks. He ordered extra pickles with his sub but didn't receive them.
