Frank's as of late has been really hit or miss. I could always count on a good meal at Frank's previously... but I'm not quite sure what changed. The pasta lately has been so dry even though we ask for extra sauce and the beloved mushrooms have been hit or miss. I am saddened by this as I once LOVED this place. Hopefully management will see this and get the kitchen together froma consistency standpoint.

Second time I’ve been and it’s always great. Had an absolutely awesome time. Jo was my server and he went above and beyond for my birthday. Thank you so much Jo. Rida was also there helping and he was awesome as well! I appreciate you guys for going above and beyond for myBirthday and I will be back and being friends and family for their birthdays! Went on a friend date for dinner here. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious (I recommend the steak!) and the dessert was huge! Prices seem high, but good food isn't cheap ?

The wait staff was very attentive. The chef brought out and displayed our tomahawk, and it was delicious. We came in a bit late, but it still didn't feel like we were rushed.Parking: Parking is free, and there is lots. It seems unnerving parking right by the lake, but it is not difficult actually.

Warning.....rant sessionFor three weeks straight I've been attempting to get a reservation for 22 people at Frank's at the Ole Mill in Fayetteville for my Aunts birthday (this is where she wanted to celebrate) each time I was told that the owner would contact me which still hasn't happened. So today, I spoke with a staff member and told her I've called three weeks straight n I didn't want people to travel to Fayetteville and I still haven't received a call from the owner. I was then told "you don't have a reservation until the owner calls and says you have one". I was like ok so I'm thinking that yall don't want my patronage, she said what kinda patronage are you talking about? I said, yall don't want our business. She said we'll I will write your information down and give it to him again, you have a choice and we can do that. I was like, what do you mean? Each time I've called I got the same information, that he would call me back, she then says "don't yell at me!" I said oh am I yelling, I'm sorry. I'll get your information to the owner and you don't have a reservation until he calls and says you have one, how do you know he's not sick? I don't know, but I do know I've been calling and he hasn't returned my calls so you have a great day anyway n hung up my phone! Auntie, looks like you're gonna have to chose another restaurant for your birthday celebration. Any of my fb family or friends visited this establishment?? I'm no longer interested in patronizing them at this point even if he calls.....I'm not gonna say what I'm really thinking about them because I have Pastors and former Pastors as friends n I will probably be in fb jail for a longggg time so I digress. Let me know if anyone has dined here. Thanks for allowing me to post this review. If I could give them a negative I would for lack of professionalism and down right nasty. I will be sharing this information with family, friends, co-workers and anyone I come in contact with. I've also read most of these reviews and in doing so, this is a pattern with towards people of color.

Great atmosphere good drinks and a great sized portions of food. Pricing is fair as well. Many choices of dishes to suit most picky eaters and the Greek salad was great as well. Parking can be a challenge depending on the time you go but be patient and creative and you will find one. I had the red snapper with asparagus and potatoes very good moist fish. Also had the white chocolate raspberry cake this was not very good and I wouldn't order it again. Alex our waiter was very attentive to refilling drinks and seeing how we liked everything. Not a place I would go on a regular but good for a special occasion or to make a night of it. Oyster night seems to be a big hit so will have to try that one day.Parking: Plenty of space for parking not all spaces are marked which makes it difficult to get a place to park
