This store was fantastic!!! I ordered a cookie cake from the Peachtree city location, and it turned out HORRIBLE!! PTC would not do anything about it nor refund me, so I called the Fayetteville store in a panic to get the right cookie cake next day, and they were able to fit me in! The manager, Azim, was great to deal with and made sure that everything was taken care of! I highly recommend!

The guy handling my cookie bag was not wearing gloves. He touched all inside the bag then proceeded to put my cookies in there. I do not know where your hands have been! Will not be back.

Ridiculous customer service,(the manager was even worse)especially to black customers. Very aggressive and rude! Ruined my son’s cake! Didn’t read the instructions, wanted me to return cake to have it fixed instead of giving a credit for future purchases or

Their cookies are delicious. My favorite is the original chocolate chip but I also love when they sell cookie scraps. Cookie scraps are the leftover cuttings from the cookie cakes. Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because of the price.
No selection of cookies and limited ice cream choices(Marble Slab)? Very disappointed when this is a cookie/ice cream shop & they don’t close for another 3 hours.
