Fresh to order tenders, that are still some of the best in fast food. The customer service was reminiscent of Chick Fil A and the restaurant, as well as the restroom was as clean as a brand new restaurant.

My review is only for the shift on 2/27/25 at 6:31pm my order# 355185 which was supposed to be 2 super star combo's but was not, I should have checked but I've never had a problem before so I trusted that it would be right "wrong" and the lady in the drive thru handed my change and food like she couldn't stand who she was serving, when I got home 40 minutes away after paying $24.59 we realized it was wrong and tried to call nobody would answer and after a few times of calling they just started picking up the phone only to hang it up. We just wanted to make it right, normally everything is spot on and delicious, we regularly visit this location but we dine in but after a long hard day I was tired and just wanted to get home to rest, like I said, this location is normally great all the way around but not tonight.

The candied bacon biscuit was exactly the same as their bacon egg and cheese biscut. I ordered both, put them beside each other and no difference was detected!
Today I ordered the " candied bacon" egg and cheese meal I get all the way home open the wrapper there was NO egg nor was there NO cheese plus the bacon was NOT candied just plain bacon on a biscuit this is what you call FALSE ADVERTISING selling something that you know is NOT CANDIED BACON at least on my biscuit it wasnt.....DO BETTER HARDDE'S😡🤦🏽.

The cashier was not very customer service friendly! I sat at the window for about 5mins before she ever came to the window the candied bacon was awful it just tasted like bacon and it was very cold😡 they need to do better this is unacceptable

Best Hardee's ever!!! The service was great all the workers were very nice. The food was so good, flesh and hot! and this was the after 5pm shift, but it also like this with the breakfast and lunch shift as well. It's great every time me and my wife visit this Hardee's ? ? ❤

This restaurant is super slow for breakfast. Drive-thur lady works counter also. Lost of people walking around looking like I only do one job and one job only. So don't be in a hurry! I been standing here at counter 15min no one has asked me for my order.

I ordered on my app and used points for a cinnamon roll and was very disappointed it was very hard with no icing, I couldn't eat it. They had me wait for it and I get a hard cinnamon roll. I have a pic as well.
