Normally the food is outstanding I come from forest park to get them good hot fresh biscuits. But not today. Biscuits dry I ask for hot rounds had to take the order back and then it still was not any better. I was very disappointed ?

Its been a long time since I’ve eaten Hardee’s. I used to love their breakfast but today it was underwhelming. I had a bacon egg & cheese biscuit that was just warm and flat. I had a biscuit & gravy. The biscuit was ok. It used to be big and fluffy. The gravy tasted like flour and had very little sausage in it. The cinnamon roll was ok but was a bit soggy on the bottom. I asked for my drink with light ice but it was stuffed with ice. The guy at the window was less than friendly. He definitely didn’t want to be doing the job. It’s really disappointing that prices have skyrocketed and even when you pay the ridiculous price you still get below average food and service.

The service at this location is horrible, the way the manager talks to ppl, im surprised that she still has a job. I can’t even rate the food cos who wants anything when the delivery is unacceptable. Stay away, far away!

Drove a good distance to Hardee's because I love Hardee's Steak Biscuit and usually they have the best. I ordered 2 Mix & Match, all Steak Biscuits and a small hashbrown. I rushed home which is over 12 miles. I did not want my biscuits cold, only to get home and find out I did not have 4 Steak Biscuits and a hashbrown, But 3 Sausage and Egg Biscuits and a hashbrown. My family can not do restaurant eggs. I was trying to call the restaurant. The phone rings and then hangs up. I want my money back or replace my food the next time I am in the area. Order #211029
Shane was working the register and was AMAZING!!! He was running around in circles and made sure everyone was helped quickly with a friendly demeanor. They were so busy and the entire team was like a finely tuned machine.
I only got an egg cheese biscuit. My 1st meal of the year out of the house 1/1/24 I chose Hardee's. The service was rather fast. The restaurant is always clean, friendly staff. I enjoy Hardee's because it caters to our elderly. Our citizens, great job Hardee's. Your number 1 keeps up the excellent service.

Very general American burger meal. Burger doesn’t stand out. Ordered large and looks like a smedium. Still hungry after $10 air meal. I can’t blame the workers.
