I was planning to place a breakfast order online, but since I was nearby as the store opened, I decided to come inside. When I attempted to order the loaded hash browns, I was told no hot food was available and it would be another hour before it was ready. Had I ordered online, I would have paid for food I couldn’t have received in a reasonable timeframe, which would have created a serious inconvenience.
I understand that I arrived right at opening, but food service should be prepared and available when doors open. Otherwise, it gives customers the impression that the store is not ready to serve as advertised.

We absolutely love Hero Donuts! With my child attending school in the area, we find ourselves visiting often, and every single time is a wonderful experience. The manager, Justin, is nothing short of incredible — he is warm, friendly, and makes every single customer feel like a VIP. His kindness and genuine care shine through, and it’s clear he loves what he does.
Justin’s amazing team deserves just as much praise. Every staff member is professional, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and valued. You can sense the positive energy the moment you walk through the door.
And the donuts? Out of this world! Fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious — they are the best I have ever had, hands down. It’s easy to see why people keep coming back.
Hero Donuts is a huge part of the community, going out of its way to support local schools and kids. It truly feels like a place where everyone is welcome and valued.

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but sadly cannot. My friend and I came in to order and even though they have chicken sausage on their menu, they no longer serve it. Food was bland and the only good thing was the cheesy hash brown. What took the rating from a 4 to a 3 was when we saw the female line cook leave the kitchen with GLOVES ON! go to the bathroom and come out with the same gloves and walk back into the kitchen!!! That’s very disappointing and disgusting especially when you are serving people. Tried to speak with management but he/she has left for the day. Will not be returning.

The bread pudding donut was one of the best I have ever had, do not skip it.
Visited this morning 5/29 me and my husband frequent here and have never had any issues until today when the workers kept mixing up my sandwich with someone else’s. The young lady took the sandwich from another guest that they had opened and looked through with their bare hands and handed it to me after taking it back realizing it was wrong. I’ve worked in the food industry a long time and everyone makes mistakes we waited 15+ minutes for our food and that wasn’t even a problem but giving me food from someone else that they touched with their bare hands threw me off. No manager in site I chose to just leave but this definitely will make me think twice before going again.

Food is fine but it took nearly 30 minutes to get our to-go order. They told us they were out of kolaches after charging us (and after waiting the 30 minutes), so we got a refund, and then they didn’t give us the donut we still paid for. The worker taking our order was super friendly, so nothing against him but they just seem totally overwhelmed, understaffed and we are probably never going again

REALLY good donuts! The apple fritters were HUGE too and they were slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, so good. Their super crunch was also delicious. It had a nice crunch and their cracked sauce is a HIT!
