We wanted to take a moment to share how impressed we were with the amazing experience at Hero Trilith. The food was excellent, the service was top notch, and the cleanliness of the place really stood out. I truly appreciate all your attentions and efforts to be the option in the area Justin Dean, keep up that consistency and dedication because it truly makes a difference. Such a disappointing experience.
Drove over an hour to try these doughnuts. Staff were pleasant enough. It was a little later in the day so stock was lower but there was still plenty to choose from.
We ordered $25 of doughnuts and took them home, opened up the box with the family to be greeted with an odd cheesy smell…
We decided to taste test the doughnuts but unfortunately they were all completely inedible. They were awful.
It’s clear that the staff have used out of date butter or milk which has resulted in the cheesy smell/taste - which calls into question their food safety processes.
Tried calling the store but no one answered and there’s no way to contact them on social media.
Sadly I would not recommend.

Stopped here while visiting Trilith and was very disappointed. Despite the place being nearly empty, service was slow and unorganized.
We waited 5 minutes just to order three donuts while employees stood around behind the counter.
They were out of the donuts we wanted, and the ones we did get were poorly packaged, thrown into a bag and stuck together in a clump. Unfortunately, they were also the worst donuts I’ve ever tasted. Like they’d been sitting out all week. We took two bites and threw them away.
Nearly $10 for bad service and inedible donuts. Would not recommend and will avoid in the future.

Ordered door dash December 17th order was 20 minutes late for the dasher to pick up. Also dasher delivered to the complete wrong address. I will not bother trying again.

I had the simple breakfast sandwich and it was amazing! The bread was perfect and the sauces gave the sandwich an extra bonus of flavor! Coffee is very good as well. I drink it black so no reviews on the fancy stuff…😃 The staff was friendly and welcomed me when I walked in the door. Highly recommend.

Disappointing. Waited in line for 30 minutes. Ordered a box of 6 special donuts. Paid for 6 special donuts. I said just any 6 fancy special ones, that it was a surprise for my kids. Maybe I should have actually picked, but they were packed and the line blocks the display. Waited for 10-15 minutes after paying for them to give me my order... Which I thought was odd since it was just 6 donuts. No drinks. No kitchen orders.
Get home and there's a chocolate, a strawberry, and a sprinkle in there. Why would you opt to give me 3 normal (4 if the maple is counted as a normal - not sure) when there were plenty of options - they had cute mummy ones, Boston creme, festive looking pumpkin ones, and a few others that would have sufficed.
So I spent a ridiculous amount of time and then didn't get what I even paid for. The donuts were good, but not 6 for $20 after tax and tip good.

I was planning to place a breakfast order online, but since I was nearby as the store opened, I decided to come inside. When I attempted to order the loaded hash browns, I was told no hot food was available and it would be another hour before it was ready. Had I ordered online, I would have paid for food I couldn’t have received in a reasonable timeframe, which would have created a serious inconvenience.
I understand that I arrived right at opening, but food service should be prepared and available when doors open. Otherwise, it gives customers the impression that the store is not ready to serve as advertised.
