Foooood was OMG OMG GOOD SERVICE ON POINT
I've been here twice so I'm just giving you an average I ordered the falafel bowl it was really good I ordered it to go and is very different everything was made fresh I did not sit in and eat so I cannot speak on the service. The person that did take my order was very courteous and professional the place seems so busy so I'm pretty sure they do well when it comes to certain service and whatnot and they are very well staffed from what I seen. Of course that is very important these days. So I can only speak on the food which was very fresh the second time I went I ordered me the halibut or fish sandwich I asked for no slaw because I do not eat any type of dairy and they took off everything when it actually came with an avocado spread which they did not put on the sandwich so it was just a bear fish sandwich yet I paid for the whole sandwich which I didn't like because I was not able to substitute it for anything else. I have so far been only to this establishment within Trilith. Since they don't have much of what I could eat I may not go back only just for the falafel bowl which was pretty good.
I love the wine selection!
Food has definitely improved immensely. Haven't been in a few years. Most importantly, the service by Taylor was the best. Taylor is the GOAT - Greatest of All Time Taylor! Keep hiring people like her!
Eight of us visited for dinner on a Sunday evening. We had reservations for five PM and they seated us immediately. They have an excellent beer selection and also a full bar. Our appetizers and entrees were all very good and our server Cormecia took excellent care of us. Can’t wait to go back!
Food is always good, and they have wine and a great location with multiple views to choose from
Firebird was a great sandwich, always good service.
We were a party of eight. We were seated in a small booth with two chairs added to accommodate the last two people. The fish in the fish and chips was over cooked. The turkey sandwiches and hamburgers appeared to be a gooey mess. The two people that ordered wings did not finish their meal nor did they ask for a to go box. Actually, no one finished their meal. My wife ordered a sangria. It was obvious this establishment does not know what a sangria is. We split the bill three ways. The three of us paying the bill added a 20% gratuity and signed our tickets. The next day we read the bill closely and discovered that a 20% gratuity had been added presumably because we were a party of eight. Fair enough. Nowhere on the menu nor on their web site did I see a statement outlining the eight-person policy. The server certainly did not mention it. Yes, we should have checked our bill closely before adding the gratuity. No, we will not return more because of the low quality of the food than anything else. The approximate $65.00 in additional tips is one of life's lessons.
Not a place to dine. Burgers and steaks well overcooked until dry. Wings are ok, but who waters down the sauces and then charges for them?
Absolutely best beet sandwich ever…..mouth watering explosion to your taste buds
Restaurantji Recommends
We came here to eat but the burgers were horrible & The beer not that good. But our waitress was awesome. The fries did taste good but I would not recommend eating here.
Just visited Sunday...I really wanted to enjoy my visit...I sat outside hoping to enjoy the weather and Trilith vibe as I am assessing the neighborhood. I was the only person seated outside and waited very long time to be acknowledged....only after several tables have been seated and served was I acknowledged with a Thumbs Up!!! Really??? The young guy had just had a whole pleasant conversation with the next table that had just been seated!!! I contained my anger and ordered... The drink arrived about 10 minutes later and not long after, the food was dropped off at the table...no silverware in sight... After a few minutes of waiting,I had to go inside to request silverware! The food was good...my first time eating brussel sprouts and I enjoyed them with the steak sandwich. Service got a zero but I still tipped....far below my average 30-50%
We came Sunday. The food was good for what it was. The only complaint I really have is the setting. The booths are so uncomfortable they almost force your forward when you’re eating my back was dying by the time I finished my food. The server was really nice but she was busting her butt every where in the whole restaurant which cause her not to provide premier service.
I used to visit the location in Krog Market and was excited to see this come to Fayetteville. It’s so nice to be able to purchase nice selections of wines and beers here at the Trilith location.
Overall good experience! I loved that the restaurant labeled vegetarian and vegan options! I decided to get the Brussels and a side of fries. The food was flavorful. I will definitely be back!
