Wednesday, Dec. 31 Petyon did a wonderful job welcoming New Years Eve rush after 9 pm while handling take out customers. The cook Ricky did outstanding job serving over 20 customers at one time in hour. Through the slight delay cause we all arrive right behind each other. Manager Yasmine worked very hard assisting every customer personally to make sure we was all alright. Though I had one thing missing they were so apologizing and mad sure I was taken care of the next day. I was glad to be able go in the next day to give my respect especially let the cook know he did an amazing job under the circumstances. These 3 made my wait very pleasant...

Forgot our pancakes. The biscuit and both gravy were ice cold, literally. Spent over $50 in food and got a terrible experience. Back to cooking at home. Terrible facility.

This has to be the WORST Ihop ever .Food took too long to come and when it finally came the order was WRONG the service is poor they don't even communicate with you the server looked like she hated her life and she contributed to this horrible experience.If I were you I would definitely stay away from this crappy restaurant

It was so much better when the night manager was working during the day.

Nothing like brunch on a Saturday right? WRONG!!! My daughter and I walked in and was immediately seated (host was super sweet), however after 15 minutes of looking through the menu no waiter, no drink order, not even a “we will be right with you”, but as I look around we have 3 waiters leaning in the phone. Finally, the manager come to the table and says have a waiter come to your table 🙄 we left and went to Kiku Japanese!!

Placed a pickup order yesterday. After paying for the order I noticed there was 3 attempted charges on my card. All from IHOP after the initial payment. I asked my husband to call and ask them if they are meaning to charge me and if they do the pending charge and charge again when its ready. So basically i need double the amout in my card. I use my cashapp cards to monitor my online spending which was good in this case considering how many times they tried to take the money. He called and a woman said they had no order for us and even checked the back. He confirmed it was the correct location and she confirmed it was. He then told her I would come up there to get the refund. I arrived and explained the situation to 3 people before I was able to get help. There was a nice young lady that went to the back and let me know that I indeed had an order and it was being packed up now. I let them know I didn’t want the order and was told to cancel it online. I advised the gentleman that the cancel option was gone and it says to contact the store. He then said he cancelld it but couldn’t get a receipt. Not to sure about it I attempted to call corporate who was closed. I was able to speak with corporate today and now have to wait on a callback by Friday to get my moneyback. All of this because people cannot read. It’s just $70 but it’s my $70 and I shouldn’t have to go through all of this because some of the staff is incompetent. Hopefully i wont have to call the police and get a report and sue them. This is ridiculous to say the least.
