First of all Jersey Mike's is a updated version of blimpies which blimpie subs are actually better I was very disappointed a 6-in cost $9 Yes they gave you a little bit more meat then Subway however you can get a footlong at Subway for $11 then on top of that the lady asked me did I want some cheese and I told her what kind of cheese I wanted but two my annoying that I was charged a dollar fifty for the cheese and I didn't know I was being charged for the cheese cuz everywhere else I go a cheese comes with the sandwich but I get it but I was disappointed because I was charged for cheesy didn't even know the cheese was going to be extra because at that point I would have bought another sandwich or I would have simply just left cuz anytime a 6-in cost $12 and you can get a footlong at Subway a matter of fact for $12 you do the math Subway you can get cheese they charge you for extra cheese but not for putting cheese on your sandwich I called the manager which I won't say his name he just said oh I'm sorry about that but I told him I won't be coming back to Jersey Mike's because I don't get it and then a footlong maybe just a little bit bigger than a Subway sandwich it was $17 and then just imagine if I would have purchased that and didn't know about the cheese I would have been about paid $20 for a sandwich but anyway I decided that I won't be using Jersey Mike as my sub sandwich station and no I'm not going to change this particular review due to the fact that it happened to me January 25th 2024 around 217 p.m. I'ma leave this right here so people can know and it's not even this review is not for me because I don't plan on going there anymore it's for future customers to know what they are going to get and as you can see the reviews are not that good anyway so they need to go back to the drawing board Thank you again Jersey Mike's for making my experience........

Today, I ordered three subs: a #56 Giant, a #13 Giant, and a #7 Regular. Unfortunately, one of the associates accidentally handed my Uber driver only one of the three subs. When the driver arrived, I realized two were missing. After addressing the issue with the delivery service and receiving a refund, I still felt the need to resolve things with the store.

When I called, the manager answered and immediately handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. After explaining what happened, the manager not only apologized but also offered me an extra sub of my choice (Regular or Giant) as a way to make up for the inconvenience. I chose a Giant, and it felt like a genuine gesture of care and acknowledgment of the mistake.

I want to commend the manager for their approach, especially compared to the dismissive attitudes I’ve experienced at some other sub shops. Mistakes happen—we’re all human—but it’s how they’re addressed that makes all the difference. Thank you for turning a frustrating moment into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The manager is very rude and disrespectful!!!!
He’s very aggressive towards his employees in front of customers. The fact they’re allowed to come in the states & don’t pay taxes is ridiculous. He needs a reality check because he’s no longer in India !!!
Learn to be polite to your customers and employees!!!

The sandwich bowl was a disappointment. It's advertised as a filling meal but actually it is just the meat/toppings they'd put on a sub thrown in a very large bowl. And when I asked for the manager I saw him roll his eyes as if, What now? This was our first experience with Jersey Mikes and it was a disappointment and will not be going back.

Best sub sandwiches! Best people working here! We stopped by after a cross-country meet at Konos in Fayetteville. Talked about track racing and basketball with an older gentleman who was full of life and young in spirit. Everyone there was awesome. Lord bless you all, and keep up the good work!

The steak meat has a pungent taste to it and the customer service is trash for 17 dollars for a sandwich I should receive all my toppings without attitude every time I come here something is always missing but it won’t happen again I’m done will never go back I will go to jimmy John’s for now on

I Could not believe how rude the young lady who fixed my sandwich was. She was actually rude to the customer in front of me and the customer walked off angry. And the employees laughed.

It was awful. She didn’t smile at me, she didn’t even ask me what I wanted. I had to tell her all the things. And she was moving in slow motion like she didn’t want to be there. It was like the twilight zone I could not believe the level of awfulness in her customer service.

If you don’t want to be at the job, don’t take the job. Those sandwiches are expensive, the least you could do was give decent customer service. It was quite shameful. It’s not wrong to ask for decent customer service when you’re spending your money do better!

Completely incompetent. Ordered lunch to pick up from DoorDash. It wasn’t ready when it should have been. I had to wait. Then it was wrong and the staff tried to argue with me about it even though the app clearly showed it was a sandwich- bread listed as the first ingredient and the bowl they gave had bacon - which I didn’t order. So I had to run to another place and ruin my entire lunch hour. Happy Monday!!!!
