I got a medium Italian sub and soon after starting to eat it, I began feeling nauseous. Now, a few hours later I’m sick as a dog. I’ve been vomiting terribly. I think I’ve gotten food poisoning.

Bad service, requested for two sandwiches to be placed on the flat iron to make it toasty and they refused. Lazy staff… I have been receiving great service from all Jersey Mike’s but not here. Sorry, not going to sponsor some business that cannot accommodate a simple request.

My fiance ordered us some food tonight and had it delivered. He called the restaurant because his sandwich was wrong and he was trying to get a resolution. The youg lady said she could refund it and he could reorder delivery. He asked why should he have to pay for delivery again when it was not his fault. This girl had the nerve to say we had two other sandwiches. First of all its 4 people in my house. One is a teenage boy. We only ordered 3 sandwiches. He told her he was on the way to return both of our sandwiches as mine was also incorrect. Now the 2 other sandwiches were down to 1. He rushed out due to them closing soon. He got there 5 minutes to 9. They pretended to be closed, but someone finally let him in to give him a refund. I told him that these must be children as she has no idea how the world works and cant have real responsibilities to tell someone they have other food due to your poor comprehension skills. We ordered what we needed.

Location is usually clean, service is fast and efficiently maintained. The price of the Gatorade is too high in my opinion at nearly $4 per bottle but I got it anyway for my son after his 2.5 hour kickboxing practice. The team members are nice, one or two could smile a little more but they weren’t rude and it’s probably their first job so I do give some grace as they will learn as they go. I haven’t had a bad experience as of yet.

The BiG Kahuna Escape! Yesterday on 6-30-25 I visited the location on Glynn Rd. I ordered the giant #56 with and a regular #8. I always read the reviews prior to ordering food in Atlanta and I determined that I needed to ask lots of questions before making my selection. So I ordered extra steak because the reviews had many complaints about there not being enuf meat to cover the bread. I also ordered roast beef with my #8 sandwich. The club sun was very good. The Big Kahuna cheese steak was so dry that I had difficulty swallowing. Upon closer inspection I noticed that there was not extra cheese on my sandwich and there should have been according to the description of the sandwich. Though I did get extra steak the rest of the ingredients was lacking. I should have received the other items (grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, and jalapeños. What I received was about two slices of onions, one slice of red bell pepper, about three slices of mushrooms. I am extremely disappointed with this final product which I paid over $33.00 dollars for my order. I stopped buying my sandwiches from Jersey Mikes over a year ago because of the nasty & rude employees, and the quality of their food. I thought things would be better since I ordered from a different location and enuf time had past that they would have improved. But just like any franchise business they don’t care about what their customers are telling them nor is there any evidence of employee improvement. I would like a refund for that awful steak sandwich and an apology. I didn’t mind paying extra to get the quality that I deserved.

The bread here is horrible. Very hard and unappetizing. I love Jersey Mike's and I have gone to several different locations and the bread is nothing like the way it is here! I tried to give them a second chance but both times my sandwich was horrible.

First of all Jersey Mike's is a updated version of blimpies which blimpie subs are actually better I was very disappointed a 6-in cost $9 Yes they gave you a little bit more meat then Subway however you can get a footlong at Subway for $11 then on top of that the lady asked me did I want some cheese and I told her what kind of cheese I wanted but two my annoying that I was charged a dollar fifty for the cheese and I didn't know I was being charged for the cheese cuz everywhere else I go a cheese comes with the sandwich but I get it but I was disappointed because I was charged for cheesy didn't even know the cheese was going to be extra because at that point I would have bought another sandwich or I would have simply just left cuz anytime a 6-in cost $12 and you can get a footlong at Subway a matter of fact for $12 you do the math Subway you can get cheese they charge you for extra cheese but not for putting cheese on your sandwich I called the manager which I won't say his name he just said oh I'm sorry about that but I told him I won't be coming back to Jersey Mike's because I don't get it and then a footlong maybe just a little bit bigger than a Subway sandwich it was $17 and then just imagine if I would have purchased that and didn't know about the cheese I would have been about paid $20 for a sandwich but anyway I decided that I won't be using Jersey Mike as my sub sandwich station and no I'm not going to change this particular review due to the fact that it happened to me January 25th 2024 around 217 p.m. I'ma leave this right here so people can know and it's not even this review is not for me because I don't plan on going there anymore it's for future customers to know what they are going to get and as you can see the reviews are not that good anyway so they need to go back to the drawing board Thank you again Jersey Mike's for making my experience........

Today, I ordered three subs: a #56 Giant, a #13 Giant, and a #7 Regular. Unfortunately, one of the associates accidentally handed my Uber driver only one of the three subs. When the driver arrived, I realized two were missing. After addressing the issue with the delivery service and receiving a refund, I still felt the need to resolve things with the store.

When I called, the manager answered and immediately handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. After explaining what happened, the manager not only apologized but also offered me an extra sub of my choice (Regular or Giant) as a way to make up for the inconvenience. I chose a Giant, and it felt like a genuine gesture of care and acknowledgment of the mistake.

I want to commend the manager for their approach, especially compared to the dismissive attitudes I’ve experienced at some other sub shops. Mistakes happen—we’re all human—but it’s how they’re addressed that makes all the difference. Thank you for turning a frustrating moment into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The manager is very rude and disrespectful!!!!
He’s very aggressive towards his employees in front of customers. The fact they’re allowed to come in the states & don’t pay taxes is ridiculous. He needs a reality check because he’s no longer in India !!!
Learn to be polite to your customers and employees!!!
