Garbage it's 513 pm on Thursday and they waited till I got out the car and walked to the door for the employee to open the door and tell me they are closing early I will never go here again and I will not recommend going here for anybody in the future

This will be the last time I go to the location. I have been there 4 times in the last 8 months and my order has been wrong every single time. It’s extremely disappointing because this the only KFC in Fayetteville but I can no longer waste my money here receiving items I did not ask for and not getting what I wanted. Secondly, the customer service is extremely lacking. I wanted to be upset with the woman at the window today but when she informed me they had this elderly woman running the ordering line, the food AND the window. KFC SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEM SELVES. This place needs to need be closed down or it needs new owners because this is unacceptable.

This place just needs to close down. They always out of certain type of food. Weather it’s chicken and they have to cook some and tell you 15 minute wait and it’s still incorrect after 15minutes. Every occasion I go there it’s never fast and accurate. With who manages this place would do a drive through order and order food random times of the day and see it’s horrible. People that work there obviously don’t like the job and it shows. I quit even pulling into this place anymore because I have burned by them so many times. I wouldn’t recommend this kfc to anyone anytime. Just close this establishment down and reopen to a new location with new staff honestly.

This lady was by far the rudest employee ever. SHE messed up the order, the got mad when we corrected her. When my dad started to talk to my dad very disrespectfully. My mom spoke up and asked her if there is a problem. She started to raise her voice. Management really need to do more customer service training because she need to do better. If you don't like your job serving chicken, FIND A NEW ONE.

Disgusting. I ordered a family bucket last night. Everyone at the table complained about the chicken being funky and they were correct. It looked cooked but it was just rank. The 2 sides of mash potatoes were normal but the gravy on both of them was just brown water. I've tried calling them last night and today but all it does is ring. 0 customer service.
