The food was pretty good, but it took forever for us to have her order taken.. we walked in and no one was at the front counter, the person in drive-thru looked at us a couple of times but never even acknowledged that we were there or even mentioned hey we will be with you in a second... After a while someone came and took our order.. definitely customer service needs to be a lot better for this place.. order to five-piece chicken strip and they only gave us one sauce... Which is supposed to come with two.. but they made us pay for the second one... Will probably never stop by there again.

So sad to give such a crappy review when you have ok food - I spend a lot of money here to NEVER get the order right. But this last visit is my final visit. What’s worse about not getting all the food you pay for is when a company this well known NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. not only did I pay for food I didn’t get- but can’t even get anyone to write my name down or give me a refund- and we are talking a majority of the order.
They also don’t have stuff listed on menu - like the waffles. But you can add them to your order and be charged! And the restaurant is generally pretty nasty. I typically order online and go by to pick it up. Not again!

Two times in a row recently we have gone in to purchase a bucket of chicken and sides to bring to an elderly friend. This chicken restaurant was out of dark meat chicken. Both times. So we waited about 20-25 minutes for chicken. Both times. On the plus side, it was hot. Pot pie is pretty good, as are the fries and cole slaw. Just inconvenient and odd that they are routinely out of chicken.

Omg! This is NOT an exaggeration but this literally is the best KFC I’ve had!! Like I tried to call them to let them know but no answer. Everything was absolutely delicious! The biscuit was buttery and just melt in my mouth. The chicken was piping hot and soft yet crispy just the way I like the original recipe. The mashed potatoes were creamy and NOT dry! If I wasn’t just out here every blue moon, I would visit this KFC location often!
Didn't have anyone working only saw 1 guy working drive thru took 20 mins for him to come over and start taking our order no kiosks either then they didn't have chicken sandwiches and he was super annoyed at taking our order literally started at us for 5 mins before pressing any buttons complaining the whole time another 15 mins into a small order 2 combo meals that was it him still mad were ordering we just walked out.

The young man who took our order pull his cellphone out and took a picture of our cash app card as if we didn't notice what he was doing. Fortunately we don't keep any extra money on that particular card. We've witnessed that on two different occasions. Two different young men they must be working together

They have (more than once) said the order was ready on the app and I have to wait more than ten minutes when I arrive. Then multiple employees ask me my name multiple times. No orders were in the pickup area as stated on the app.
