Drinks and service were above average but food was just okay. I would go again but considering the Southside particularly in Fayetteville doesn't have many hibachi spots, people will still go.

After avoiding this restaurant for at least 2 years I finally ordered takeout. What a disappointment. Yes, they gave me a large portion. Ordered shrimp fried rice and got 5 shrimps with almost a pound of fried rice. No flavor. Never again!

Service was “fine,” but the food? Not even close. The salad was basically a pile of dry leaves with no dressing, and the soup tasted like something that should’ve been sent back to the kitchen, not served to paying customers. And then—plastic utensils. At a sit-down restaurant. Really? If I wanted to eat subpar food with flimsy plastic forks, I’d hit a gas station deli. This place completely cheapens the dining experience and makes you wonder if they’ve just given up.

I haven't visited Kiku's in a while. I decided to meet a good friend for early dinner, and we caught up over and few sips and hibachi. My salmon was cooked to PERFECTION 👌🏽 (plump and tender). Couldn't ask for anything more!!!

Fun, inexpensive, and delicious. I had the teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables, the chicken was a little dry but still good. The service was impeccable and entertaining... We will be returning.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They have young managers and young people running the place. Customer service horrible. Staff rude and playful. Got my order wrong told me they would remake it however when I went back to pick up they didn’t remake anything. Manager and staff was very inconsiderate of my time! Don’t go here

They brought out the to go boxes and why was there a big roach in it !!!! I was so sick after that !! I never got to taste the food

The food was very bland and dry. The veggies seem to be old. I ordered teriyaki chicken and this is what it looked like. I sadly will not be returning. The customer service was amazing tho!!
