I was greeted when I walked in the door. The place was clean enough to eat off of the floor. Went to the restroom and it was clean too!!!!!. I customized my order( like i often do) and it was correct. Best Krystal experience, that I have had in a long time.

Cleanest Krystal's!! I stopped in to try their new waffle breakfast sandwich. Nice and crispy deliciously sweet and crunchy... It paired well with sausage, egg and cheese..very filling. While I was there, I really took some time to take the place in and decided this was the cleanest Krystal's that I've been in in a very long time. And that's saying something... because I eat at Krystal's a lot. The staff was very attentive and kind. You know how sometimes you go in a place and as soon as the staffers take a look at you, they give you a look like here comes more work... But not at this place, they were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. That will make me go out of my way to give a business my food dollar..Just because they appreciate that coming in their door is a decision I had to make. Please go give them some business!!

Hello I had the pleasure of going to Krystal last night 6/24 not knowing they closed at 9pm. I pulled up at 8:56pm and the lovely lady said we close in 5 mins but , i will still take your order and make whatever you would like. That to me is outstanding customer service and I just really want to say thank you we need more people like her in customer service. My food wass hot and amazing and I love the wings and they were cooked to perfection once again thank you queen you know who you are wish I got her name but she’s always working when I go!

My service was excellent although my burgers tasted like bun and all was dipped in water. My drink was horrible CLEAN THE DRIVE THRU LINES, they tasted like straight mold! That 96 in the window was from when????? The young lady was sweet enough to remake a different drink after the first one was nasty. I should’ve tasted the second before leaving. And the number on the receipt doesn’t ring…

The customer service at the front counter was disappointing. The bigger woman working there was unfriendly, and after my husband politely asked for a refill, she made an unprofessional remark to a coworker, saying, "He saw us get busy and still asked for a refill. Why didn’t he get it before we got busy?" Additionally, she repeatedly slammed the drive-thru window on multiple customers, which came across as rude.
That being said, the food was good, but the overall experience was tainted by poor customer service. I hope the staff receives proper training to improve their professionalism and customer interactions.

One word, TRASH! The red head weave girl who kept scratching her head, but couldn't communicate, was the person taking my order. I asked that the food be made fresh but it was being handed to me kn less than 60 seconds. Four double Krystal burgers with soggy wet bread and dried out meat isn't appetizing. The were out of lemonade until the next day, but every side out the machine was flat or just watered-down. I ordered a large fry and was given a box of left over fry pieces. There was nobody in the drive through and I was the only person in the lobby. I don't understand what was sooo difficult to take the time to make fresh food. It was definitely a wasted $18.
The worst food ever everything I ordered was old and had been sitting out for a long time had a horrible taste to it I will never ever eat at anymore of their restaurants again

Came 8/16/24 at 930pm and could see the teenagers sitting down on their phones . When I pulled to the window they said “our systems don’t work” I’m pretty sure they were lying because they didn’t wanna work within 30 min of closing.
