The staff was very nice but the sandwich I purchased was nasty. I eat about two bites and was very disappointed. It was a special limited time supposed to be cheese steak but tasted like crap. I haven't gone back to Krystal since than but I will continue to eat Krystal burgers 😋.

Management is so rude at this facility. I was there picking up an order for DoorDash to wait for 35 minutes and then the manager stated to me oh well we gotta wait on our customers in the lobby as well as you as a DoorDash pick up delivery as well I really thought that was very rude for her to say mine knew that at the end of the day my order is just as important as any other order they’re at their facility I will never pick up there again because they are very rude and very unprofessional. They need a one on one management training.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. The place was clean enough to eat off of the floor. Went to the restroom and it was clean too!!!!!. I customized my order( like i often do) and it was correct. Best Krystal experience, that I have had in a long time.

Cleanest Krystal's!! I stopped in to try their new waffle breakfast sandwich. Nice and crispy deliciously sweet and crunchy... It paired well with sausage, egg and cheese..very filling. While I was there, I really took some time to take the place in and decided this was the cleanest Krystal's that I've been in in a very long time. And that's saying something... because I eat at Krystal's a lot. The staff was very attentive and kind. You know how sometimes you go in a place and as soon as the staffers take a look at you, they give you a look like here comes more work... But not at this place, they were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful. That will make me go out of my way to give a business my food dollar..Just because they appreciate that coming in their door is a decision I had to make. Please go give them some business!!

Hello I had the pleasure of going to Krystal last night 6/24 not knowing they closed at 9pm. I pulled up at 8:56pm and the lovely lady said we close in 5 mins but , i will still take your order and make whatever you would like. That to me is outstanding customer service and I just really want to say thank you we need more people like her in customer service. My food wass hot and amazing and I love the wings and they were cooked to perfection once again thank you queen you know who you are wish I got her name but she’s always working when I go!

My service was excellent although my burgers tasted like bun and all was dipped in water. My drink was horrible CLEAN THE DRIVE THRU LINES, they tasted like straight mold! That 96 in the window was from when????? The young lady was sweet enough to remake a different drink after the first one was nasty. I should’ve tasted the second before leaving. And the number on the receipt doesn’t ring…
