This is the second time in a row my order has been wrong. I talked to the driver and told him we were missing an item, he said call the store. The store manager told me there was nothing he could do, but I could come pick up what I was missing. I said, I paid for delivery and he hung up on me. The pizza that we did receive was mediocre at best. I am done with Little Caesars.

Look, it’s Little Caesar’s—I’m not expecting gourmet, I’m expecting hot, cheesy happiness in a box. And somehow, this location over-delivers. The staff is always friendly, like maybe they’ve secretly taken an oath to protect my pizza joy. They move fast, get the orders right, and act like they actually care (which is wild for fast food these days). The pizza? Always solid. Never once got a sad, lukewarm circle of regret. 10/10 would let them ruin my diet again.

Everyone is nice, when I visit. My only concern is the pizza tends to be dry, more sauce would be nice or evenly distributed. I also like marinara sauce with my cheese sticks, there is never one in the box.
Ordered my food at 449 asked them to wait 10 minutes because of where I was coming from they put my name in wrong so they couldn't find it then they asked what I had come to find out is was wrong name so now we are at a hour ago from order being placed they said well it has a pick up time of 610 how why did I order it early I ask for a mgr nd all she could say is do you want cold stuff or a refund horrible customer service she was terrible if the food had not been for my autistic grandson I would have left it.she needs a new job

Stood in line for 15 minutes before anyone would leave the back to take it. Worker who took my order appeared to be high, and told me I would get my food in 5 minutes (1 pizza). An additional 20 minutes later I finally got my food.

came to pick up my order 10 minutes before closing, tried to contact them but no answer. when arriving the door was locked and they saw me trying to get in. then proceeded to come up and turn the lights off waiting until it turned 10pm. will not be coming back, terrible service.
