Long Horns in Fayetteville Ga is awful! Poor service, waiter appears tired and lazy, they don't have frozen drinks and our appetizers weren't hot they were slightly warm. Even the bread was warm and wasn't hot enough to melt the butter. Remind you we're still waiting and its only literally 5 people in here. Our table is crowded with appetizer plates that no one has come to remove yet.One of the waitresses half wiped a table but left a dirty napkin at it.Food here now and its Cold!

We enjoyed the steak salad and blue cheese for lunch and the delicious shrimp appetizer! The new manager, Devon, is wonderful!I also really enjoyed the French onion soup. We will be dining here again.

If you like poor customer service this is the place for you. Also nasty floors with trash and food all over it. We sat at a dirty table for 20 mins waiting to have it clean. I ask for the manager and he never came. However I did see him slipping and sliding in the back from all of the grease and trash in the kitchen. I guess cleaning isn’t an option. ?

Ordered the steakhouse burger and loaded baked potato. The burger was very good . The baked potato was very dry with no toppings. But the Tito's sweet tea was also very good.

I can't say enough about the service provided by the service manager, Mr. Moore. He handled my family's concerns about the food that we received very professionally. He was personable and patient from the time he introduced himself until the time we left the restaurant. It was evident that he is genuinely serious about customer service. He surpassed all expectations that I have of a manager as he resolved our matter. We appreciate the awesome customer service and we look forward to dining at this location again!
