I've ate here with my Husband. I got a Turkey Club. Usually club sandwiches have 3 slices of bread. When my food came, it took everything in me not to complain. The sandwich had 2 thin slices of turkey and 1 slice of bacon split in half. For $13 for a turkey sandwich with potato chips, is cheap. I hope they step their game up.

My experience was TERRIBLE. The croissant was hard and the chicken didn’t even fill up the sandwich. The turkey blt was disgusting. The bacon was ice cold and I had one slice of turkey. My fiance had the Italian sandwich with no cheese. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I was wondering why the parking lot was empty when I pulled up to the window to get my foot.

The half sandwich was not even a half and had less than an .5 ounce of meat which included a piece of fat-the up charge on it was the same as the up-charge for a whole. This was a total rip off as I got no meat then paid an up charge for it. On top of that the manager laughed at me and insulted my integrity when I shared my dissatisfying experience. I was left hungry after handing them fifteen dollars! Never going back.

First time here. It was horrible during the T-Mobile Tuesday, 97% people didn't get their food after ordering hours and hours in advance, and waiting hours and hours for our food (they werent ready). But I went back later in the week, and they honored my order. And the find was good.

I had to rate it low because I sat in line for now 35 mins and haven’t moved up at all. I would think that they would have better prepared for the T-mobile Tuesday launch however that didn’t occur. The line was wrapped around the building and haven’t moved an inch.

I want to start off by saying Nick the manager there is amazing. He does an amazing job with just helping people and also making sure the orders out on time . He always have a pleasant smile, making sure that the customers are happy
Today a large group of us ate lunch here and although there were only 3 people on duty and the wait a longer than usual, the service was exceptional. Taliyah was so sweet and handle multiple tasks under great pressure. And the two gentlemen in the back kept things going. It was a goof experience.

I gave it 3 stars because no one there wore nets on their heads and in the female restroom the space in the door leaves no room for privacy. Not sure why the gap is that wide, but it should be fixed. The food was surprisingly great and it didn’t take that long to receive it. I had the turkey jalapeño crunch sandwich with the chicken tortilla soup as well as potato salad. They bring it to your table and also clear the tables when you’re done. It was a clean place to sit and eat, with great music. Bring a jacket because it’s quite cold inside.

We received awesome customer service from Mike! He was able to manage taking a large order as well as helping to make the order. He was friendly, helpful, patient, and even remembered my mom's name as he was preparing our order.

I would like to thank Talia for her outstanding customer service! She did her part; however, this review is for management. I wish that the food was as good as the service that Talia offered. However, the quality of the food was below standards. I don't mind paying for good quality food, but unfortunately, the cooks and those who prepared my food missed the target.
I ordered the chopped Savannah Salad. It looked good on the top until I noticed how wilted the lettuce was within the salad. There were so many nuts and cranberries on top that it was easy for them to camouflage the fact that I had an old salad. The potato soup was not flavorful at all. I was very disappointed with that. The Pepper Jack Turkey sandwich as ok.
This place has so much potential. The purpose of this review is not to tear anyone down, but to let management know how people in this community could benefit from a place like this if only the manager on duty would ensure that the food is of quality.
