This Mcds is completely out of control. I came to the drive thru & someone had their child in the kitchen area and at the drive thru window. I was totally shocked & infuriated. What if the fry grease scalded the child or worse. Who ever the franchise owner is at this location needs to do better when screening his employees before hiring. I had to record what I witnessed so I can forward it to whatever agencies need to get involved!

I just went to this location on 12/11. I ordered they told me to pull-up while my burger was being cooked. I waited for almost 20 minutes. Come to found out they forgot about my order. The person who originally waited on me saw me on her break and ran the food out to me. Trash.

Dinning room is closed early, but the sign says it closes at 11pm...was picking up a doordash, now i have to wait in a long drive thru line...services here is always horrible when im picking up.. and they always use the excuse short staffed..

I've been standing here 10 minutes while the cats are out front dealt with a line of four people when she got done she walked past me didn't ask if I needed any help. Two managers ... one named Keona has walked past me twice and not asked if I needed any help. I'm still standing here and my order has been on the now serving side of the screen since I've walked in. Not good customer service at all.
I don't typically do reviews but this one had to be done because of the poor service that I received. The staff was extremely unprofessional the service was uber slow and the manager was playing games with the staff while customers were waiting. This is my second time at this location where I've had terrible service I'm never visiting this place again
