I've been standing here 10 minutes while the cats are out front dealt with a line of four people when she got done she walked past me didn't ask if I needed any help. Two managers ... one named Keona has walked past me twice and not asked if I needed any help. I'm still standing here and my order has been on the now serving side of the screen since I've walked in. Not good customer service at all.

I don't typically do reviews but this one had to be done because of the poor service that I received. The staff was extremely unprofessional the service was uber slow and the manager was playing games with the staff while customers were waiting. This is my second time at this location where I've had terrible service I'm never visiting this place again

My husband and I visited this location on July 6st at 7:30 am the store and drive was close. The light skin lady was very rude saying she the only person here and slammed the door. Truly bad for business.

I don’t know who the female was that gave me and my parents our food but if you don’t want to work then stay home. Acknowledge your customers. I understand the drive thru might be packed because it’s convenient for most but some of us still come in and expect decent customer service. Do better. Also I understand flies come in but you should at least get the dead ones off the window seals
Very friendly and attentive manager and staff. Very clean and ordering the fiid was easy because the kids used the touch screen. We ate in the play area which was great as it was so hot out. We didn't end up getting the cookies we ordered or ice cream ( no Elio toys left), but the kids had a great time.

I was in the drive through with one car ahead of me. I did have a large order however we set in the line after my order for 9 minutes. Then I get to the window and they tell me I have to pull to the drive wait spot. This is the worst mcdonalds service I have ever had. The servers are rude and very unorganized. Needs new management.
