Hands down, one of the best Philly cheesesteaks that I've had in a very long time! It was perfectly seasoned, hot and cheesey. Service was a little slow but the food was so delicious, it totally made up for it. We'll definitely be returning!

I recently just started going to the Millers in Fayetteville Ga. I must say the customer service is great the bartender Tay is definitely a vibe she keep her customer happy and on point with getting the food and drinks out on time.

I'm a regular here at the Fayetteville. GA location. I have had almost no issues with the food, service and in particular, JC our waitress! She is always AWESOME. Her positive energy and attitude is top tier! I will always come during the time that she us working because I love her attention to detail, her attitude, her spirit, and most of all her energy!If there is anything else that needs to be said about JC, I promise I can't fit all of the words here. 2 words to describe her AWESOMELY FANTASTIC!!!
Definitely Redeemed Themselves!This is my second attempt ordering my food to go. And i must say i am very pleased! The first time wasn’t the best with my food but the manager definitely came through, by reaching out to me and accommodating me with a gift card and i truly appreciate the effort. This time my food was absolutely amazing….i will be coming back!

I ordered the mountain melt and a side of coleslaw. The coleslaw came in the same container as the ranch sauce did for $2.99. I wanted to refund my order and just leave but instead I just kept it. No way that container is for to go coleslaw.

This was my second trip to the Fayetteville location. The wait was expected to be 45 minutes, though we were seated in 25 minutes. Pleasant surprise. Our meal was delicious and the environment was very pleasant. Our server was a young man named Karrington. He was WONDERFUL!! We observed him interacting with all of the patrons on our side of the restaurant. He was engaging and went out of his way to ensure that everyone had everything that they needed. He apologized when food items were delayed. He was so genuine and good natured. He seemed more suited to be the manager than a server! We would visit again if we could be assured that he would be our server. Enjoyed his commitment to CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Parking: No problem finding a park! We actually left and went to get a car wash and returned. We were fortunate to find a parking space at the front of the restaurant

I decided to take my sister to Miller Ale for a celebration and I was so embarrassed about the experience we had!!! We arrived at 8:50 PM.. Ordered a cocktail then decided we were going to have steaks tonight instead of my usual shrimp lol… Our steaks didn’t arrive until 10:00PM! Everyone at the bar received their food and they arrived after us!!… When the steaks arrived they were so hard and tough!! We ordered Medium!! The bartender Vhon ( who is a sweetheart!) explained that she will try to rectify this issue asap!… The coach came up to us and said that the manager will take care of 1 meal… I said we’re not sharing our meal! This is unacceptable! So the manager Tiara Williams walked up to me and just stared at me for a second without introducing herself to me.. I said hello! She said Oh I thought you wanted to speak to a manager… I said… oh you’re the manager? … She said… yes… then as I explained my frustration and the fact that I’m a regular in her establishment… she admitted the fault of the kitchen.. and still stated I’m only comping 1 meal… so I stated I will not pay for a meal that is almost 2 hours late!! She told the food runner to discard the meal and she voided the meal instead of satisfying the customer who still wanted to continue her experience… So to the General Manager Sadie… (As she told me to contact you if I want a discount) I hope you hire better Managers to help make your establishment better.
Mea is the BEST! Her customer service is superb. She’s attentive and friendly. My wife, sons, niece, and I went there to eat. We didn’t have to ask Mea for any refills, she continuously made sure we were ok, and asked if we needed anything. Even my wife was like ask her what days she works just so we could go in on a day she’s there to experience her service again! If you go there to eat, ask for Mea’s section and tip her well because she’s going to provide the best customer service to you and your family!
