This is the second time I tried this place and both times with TWO different women at the counter and both their attitudes suck. I wasn’t greeted. They both looked dumbfounded and irritated while taking my order. It’s been months since the first time I came, when the first woman was on the phone having an inappropriate conversation on speaker. She acted like we were interrupting her and pointed at stuff in an irritating way when we asked questions about size etc. but today I decided to give it another try to see if the woman was having a bad day. But now a totally different woman with an attitude. I will NOT be giving them another shot. Get yall attitudes together. It’s disgraceful. Especially with you both being black women.

Mitsie Dash is a horrible person. bad attitude, but that's ok once you see her you'll understand everything. Sorry for you it won't get better but.... eventually it will be over.

I live in Conyers, Georgia and I work out in Conyers Georgia and doors down is my lifestyle smoothie and I attempt to go there almost every day when I’m done working out. They are the best and I love them.

The girl behind the counter was on the phone the entire time we were there. She didn't greet us or acknowledge us in any way. I walked to the register and she just looked at me with the phone still firmly pressed to her ear. I placed my order & she walked away to get it while her conversation was still going on. Afterwards, she put the cup on the counter without a word to us. The whole encounter was apparently interrupting her conversation. I'll try not to interrupt her again . There are other juicing establishments. Additionally, I think she poured the entire bottle of ginger in this smoothie. Would NOT recommend.

They close way earlier than closing time. This occurs on the regular. Today I got there at 7:50pm and the door was locked. I have gotten there as early as 7:30, and the door was locked. This is the Conyers, Ga location. I see another review stating the same, from over a year ago.

I’ve enjoyed the smoothies and service that I receive upon coming!

On June 18th at 8:22am the older lady with the accent did not speak upon entry nor did she have my mobile order ready that I placed 20 min ahead of time. She was actually very nice once she got off the phone but I think they could do a better job at training

Apparently this place only speaks to you if they find you attractive or you speak first. It’s sad when you see this. Two women falling to the aid of a certain race and social standard. This is my 3rd attempt at this place. I see why their place is empty and their ratings are poor.

I love this place! The smoothies are really really good! I've always had a good experience everytime I go in there. Other people who review this place badly must come in there with a bad attitude bc the workers are always nice. I don't choose no other smoothie place, this by far is my favorite!

I have not ever received such poor service and encountered such crazy behavior. The lady in this picture was preparing a smoothie for my daughter.However, as she's preparing the smoothie, she gets her personal cell phone and starts having a conversation laughing and talking loudly. I was able to finally get her attention, only after say "ma'am" several times.She looked at me as if I was bothering her as she told the person to hold on a minute. I said to her that it was not sanitary to use her personal cell phone while preparing food.She became very upset and told the person on the phone she would call them back. She then slammed the food items in the container on the counter and the food went flying all over the floor.She told me I could go to their other location down the street.I said to her I didn't understand why she got so upset about me not wanting her to have her cell phone (which often goes to the bathroom with individuals) in the food prep area while she was making my daughter's smoothie.She tried to argue with me about her phone. I told her it was unsanitary and unclean and that if I was from the health department she wouldn't be on her cell phone or have her phone in that area while preparing customer's foods.I left the store and went down the street to the other location. The young lady there gave me the owner's name and number.I have contacted the owner of this location and he owns both locations in Fayetteville. His name is Charles.I called him and left a voicemail message, and I sent him a text message.I also spoke with a manager at the Conyers location of MyLifestyle Smoothie, who was very apologetic for the service I received in Fayetteville.She assured me she would call the owner, Charles, right away to share the details of my experience and she was sure I would hear back from him.Unfortunately, I have heard nothing from the owner, which shows he does not care about his customers, and this is clearly also the practice of his employee, this lady, at this location.

1st time at this location. The smoothie and the service were ??

Why won’t this lady get fired . Everybody complains about her. She is bad for business. My experience was so bad I don’t even want to talk about it but just know I have never gotten treated so badly at any establishment. The Jamaican lady really gives people from the Carribean a bad name. I usually love and get along with people from the islands but this lady really has a problem only thing that I can come up with it she really doesn’t like her job but that’s as good as it gets for her right now. She doesn’t belong in customer service . She has an attitude everyday and every time I go it’s a problem with her and a customer. I finally experienced it myself and just know I will never go back. They have another location 5 mins away a little further south and everything there is perfect . I recommend everybody stay away if u want a smoothie go see the pleasant young lady’s at the other location .

Older lady’s customer service and attitude are both disgusting. Won’t be returning! I told her I didn’t like the way my smoothie tasted and she made me pay for another smoothie! Hope this place closes down for good.

I bought two smoothies mind you both had a powder taste so I went back in first thing I asked was there powder in it she said yes but I didn have no energy or fat burner it was the ginger. I said can you remake it or exchange it she said she’s not allowed too I threw the smoothie away and left. Never will I be back.

My lady and I used to be regulars at this location. Well, not anymore. The owner’s sister (woman with Caribbean accent) is one of the worst examples of an employee I have ever witnessed. I hope she personally suffers the consequences of the eventual failure of this business. Do not visit this location.
