Never disappointed!! When I get a craving for Fish.. this is where I go! The Cedar Plank is always hot, tasty and fresh.Have to get the side garden salad that's always fresh and delicious and balsamic vinaigrette is the best!My desert of choice is the Brownie... Oh My Word... It's always moist and not dry, warm and the portion size is perfect. It comes with vanilla ice cream. It's delicious together, but the Brownie could stand alone. Take out customer service is great and the order is always on time.

Took 37 mins to get our drinks. Ordered well done steak, came out medium rare. Tots were still frozen in the middle. Had to ask for our rolls. Salmon was extremely over seasoned. I love O Charley’s, but don’t plan on returning to this location.

Do not go to O’Charleys Fayetteville. I had stopped going more than a year ago because of bad service. Today I placed order online for curbside pickup. It took 30 minutes longer than estimated time. During this period I spoke with two employees four times. Just before food delivered to car, I called to speak with manager and was on hold about 10 minutes. Manager seemed uninterested in my experience. Lastly, I had ordered side salad with one entree, but it was not in the bag.

Today I experienced the BEST SERVICE I've had in YEARS! ?? Our server Dasia went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure our lunch was superb!! The food was fresh and she made sure to keep us informed on specials, etc. TEXT BOOK GREAT SERVICE and invited us to come back which we WILL. ?Also met one of the managers who had a great disposition and kid enough to check on our table as well. ???Clean bathrooms, great energy. Ordered Cobbler (black berry & peach) and ice cream just to stay a bit longer. ? The best O'Charleys location I've ever been. Highly recommended!

Janaya was fantastic! She was welcoming. She checked on us to make sure that we were satisfied with the food and the service. I loved her attitude. It made me feel that she really wanted me to be satisfied and I was definitely pleased. I will be back.

Would have been 5 stars but there was a server there that had his hair EVERYWHERE!! Why do the women have to put their hair up but his is all over the place??? He was in kitchen and serving food!!The window sills we're super nasty! It was only like 1230 so I don't get it!!I believe our waitresses name was Gabriella, but I'm not sure. She was absolutely fantastic and our food was absolutely fantastic!! Maybe next time things will be different and I can get five stars.

My son's and I were there for mother's day. We got there early and were seated right away, lunch. Our meals were absolutely the best. Our server was Tameka she was incredibly attentive but not too much. She has a fantastic attitude, she even graced me with a mother's day card. Very thoughtful and sweet. Thanks y'all it was really great.

My experience in this restaurant was not good because my waitress didn't do her job. When the customers comes in and seat at a table it should take 2 minutes to greet your customers. And it should take less than 5 minutes to get your drink orders. At the meantime our food came first before my drinks. Customers don't like to wait. But I still gave her 18% tip. The problem is staffing issues. It needs to be improve. I have own and manage restaurant for 35 years.

This supposed to be a southern pecan salad with chicken tenders. The meat looks as though they gave me everything left in the grease. The potatoes soup taste like a pound of salt was poured over in it.. Hate this was carry out and I live to far to return!

Only gave 1 star because -30 wasn't an option. Went to this place on 2/13/2022 to pick up an order I placed online for curbside service. I arrived when the order was supposed to be ready and after sitting in the assigned space for more than 20 minutes, with two other cars also waiting, and NO ONE coming out with food for anybody, I called the store to say I was here waiting. After waiting another 15+ minutes, a man brought my food out. I paid EXTRA for a loaded baked potato, only to get home and find that not even butter had been put in my bag for that side.I called the store and asked for the manager. After apologizing for the mixup, he took my info to send me a coupon to compensate me. Fast forward to today. I finally decide to give this place another try and start to place an order online; however, when I got to payment, there was no option for the type of coupon he'd mailed to me (no code on it). On looking at the coupon harder, I noticed the fine print saying it expired 12/30/2021. I called the store and asked for the manager. An associate kept running back between me and him - instead of him just coming to the phone to address me. She comes back and says that he says the coupon never expires. Okay, so if I place this order and pay in advance, are you just going to refund me the $10 (value of the coupon)? No, you'll have to come into the restaurant for that. Last straw... I added the 3-course meal option online but this manager claims it's been removed from the menu."Coupon" ... trashed. And this bass ackwards place has seen the last dime they'll ever get from me.

We had an amazing dinner. Kevin, our server, did an amazing job at remembering everyone’s orders and delivering them without any flaws. He also did a great job at communicating with us as he was serving several tables. The food was great as well. Overall an amazing experience.

This was my first time eating here.I can truly say i had a good time.The waitress was so full of joy which made our time there a joyful evening.Now to top the evening was the food! That catfish was so tender and fresh it was just right!Everything was good!I didn’t want to order to much because I had to go back to church! Which means I will be back to try something new to me.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service was horrible. We got there and ordered sweet tea but it was watered down. When we asked for another set, the waitress insisted it was just made, however it tasted like water with a bit of tea. Needless to say we didn't drink it and asked for the bill which was $6 for tea we did not drink.

I ordered 2 steak and chicken strip meals...it was very delicious! The steak was perfect, and the salad was so good... all fresh ingredients. We used grubhub for delivery, and they were very prompt!!! I was so impressed I called and spoke to Keith the manager and he was so happy!
