I love Panera bread. Having to travel a lot, I visit Panera as much as I can. Since moving back to Atlanta, I visited Panera here on hwy 85 in Fayetteville and ordered the avocado breakfast sandwich without the egg whites...so just spinach and avocado.....The sandwich was put together in the sloppiest way possible and the avocado had way too many brown spots. I was in a hurry so couldn't go back right back...

My first time and first experience was mind blowing. Extremely polite beyond measure. The food was amazing not to mention the multitude of choices. I dont know where to start.Parking: The parking lot ks large. You pick a spot that's not taken and thank me later.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is ideal and kind.Wheelchair accessibility: Roll or hobble on in. ( NO PUN INTENDED ). Easily ACCESSIBLE.

Didn't get the bread for my soup. I called because now I'm way across town in Decatur with no bread for my soup. Like how do you forget bread for the soup. Panera

After having some dental work done I was told to eat soup I drove to Panera Bread for my favorite Soup Then the cashier took my order and then I asked if I could have slice of bread instead of French bread because I just had dental work done the cashier said I have to asked the manager Shakava Skipper. She said No!! In front of a line of customers.After I explained to her what the problem was And how I just needed a soft piece of bread with my soup Any other manager at any other restaurant would have tried to accommodate the situation. It wasSuch a small Request (Just a slice of bread) I shouldn't of have been so belittled over a small Request
