I just purchased a large pizza which I’ve been doing for about two years no complaints today I order one and one slice looks like it’s been bitten out of brought it back to the store the manager who looks every bit of 17 very nonchalant about it then walked away and rolled her eyes won’t be ordering from here any more will go to dominos the way these young people handle things here is not professional they lost a customer for sure

Ms. Mounya and the staff working with her have done nothing but provide a beyond exceptional experience for me. I am the GM of a trampoline park and ever since she secured the relationship, our collaboration together has been the most seamless process I have had with any other restaurant. This location truly thrives with her!! We order 20-40 pizzas every weekend, and I haven’t had a complaint about them yet!!

Ordered Large stuffed crust with 5 extra pepperoncini's and regular bread sticks with nacho cheese sauce. Did not receive the pepperoncini's that I paid extra for and did not receive the nacho cheese dip for bread sticks. Just a box full of dry, crusty bread sticks. Called store asked for manager, person answered said they were the manager, but then told me they would have the manager call me back and took down my name and number. No one called me. No refund on purchased items not received. First time ordering from PJ and the last.

I ordered the 2 large 2 topping pizzas for 14.99 to be delivered to my home on 1/7/25. My delivery driver was nice so it’s not a problem with the service. When I received my pizzas, my pepperoni and sausage pizza was not cut at all. The second pizza was SUPPOSED to be a mushroom and pepperoni pizza but had an additional topping which were bell peppers that I did not ask for which made that pizza inedible all together due to an allergy. Not to mention the pizza was rolled out so thin and poorly that I couldn’t even pull it apart without everything falling off. Im extremely dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted.I’ll never order from here again and would definitely like my money back.

Always good and fresh pizza - they tend to miss little specifics of my order and the building is like 35 or 40 years old and needs some updating.

Apparently it’s real hard to tell the difference between red pepper and special seasoning. Because I always order the special seasoning, and they always give me red pepper instead. It’s happened the last 4 orders like clockwork. Or maybe they’re just color blind or illiterate.

Have gotten multiple wrong and poorly made pickup orders. Slow and rude staff. Order tracking is inaccurate. Placed a delivery order and they deferred it to DoorDash an hour and a half later, and it arrived two hours late, lukewarm, and missing our extra garlic sauces. They hung up while we were talking to them and refused to answer the phone and hung up multiple times earlier.

Needs to be shut down. Ordered a year ago and never got our pizza. Finally gave a second chance after a long day of work and sick kids. Order at 6:20 and got a notice at 730 order had been changed to door dash. Get a call from door dash at 750 that they don’t even have the order. Call the place and the untrained unprofessional answers the phone and says I don’t know where it is we don’t have it. No solution. I said I have the order number and how did door dash get it. No clue about anything. I ask for the manager and I hear her tell him everything. He gets on the phone and said how can I help you. I answer him bc he already knew the story. He asked me a question of how to help. He barks back and says first off… by this time I’m highly upset. His response… I hope you get your pizza and hangs up! My husband drives up to the store where our cold pizzas were sitting right there on the shelf. They didn’t acknowledge him nor apologize. Absolute worst store and the owners should be ashamed that this operation, or lack there of, has continued. Shameful. Don’t waste your money or time!

We ordered our pizza and it was late and the cheese was overcooked. This was the second time that this happened. My husband called and the lady that he spoke to personally cooked our pizza and delivered it. Our new pizza was cooked perfectly!!!
