Ordered 4 personal pan pizzas 2 cheese 2 pepperoni. The pizzas came in a tin container like if it was for the pasta. I only got 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Tried to call the store and no one answered!

I placed my order online and arrived at the designated time only to be told that I needed to wait 45 minutes after 45 minutes I went in and was met with a very rude general manager, who was yelling at me in front of a lobby, full of people I was not rude did not yell at him and could not understand the hostility that I was met with his customer service does not exist, and the owner should really think about who he has representing his company

Definitely not what it was since the 1990s and early 2000s. Pizza Hut used to be a great spot for families to gather in the establishment, and we drank from those red cups they had at the sit-down area. Didn't have a great experience this year, I had the New York style pizza, and it literally went right through me and had to miss a day of work because of it. Don't come here if you want to be poisoned.

I was denied service today for the second time in the row. This stem from the store manager becoming upset with me because I sent my food back twice last week because it was undercook. I was given a rebuttal and the manager even came out to my car banging on my window. When i got home he called me and told me to never come there again. I'm confused as to how they can deny me service and one of his employees the Caucasian woman told me today if I want to speak with him he will be in tomorrow. I'm not sure how this store is operating something has to change! The Caucasian woman even threaten to call the police if I didn't leave.

Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza place, but this specific location will make you say otherwise ! The staff is rude here and nasty looking. Will be ordering from somewhere else going forward. The manager is rude and has no hospitality

Complety horrible called tried to get a pizza someone answered then put me on hold stayed on hold for 10 min hung up called again no answer then called again and they answered asked if it was for delivery or carry out then put me on hold again everytime I go up there they are cutting up and not doing their job

OMG,Been a long ,crazy day so I ordered 2 large pizzas for my husband to pick up. These 2 pizzas were the absolute best pizzas we have had all year . We've eaten at every pizza restaurant in Fayetteville many many times ,but tonight's pizzas from this PH was by far the best . Crust was cooked perfectly, not greasy,lots of toppings ,just fantastic. Definitely will be back. I called and spoke with the manager to commend him and his team on a job well done. Everyone deserves to hear a compliment instead of all the negativity
