In person service has declined. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready by a certain time. It was 30 minutes past that time before I got my food. The person working the counter seemed unenthusiastic and didn't update anyone on the order times.

So I have been going to this Pizza Hut for nearly 2 years and the management has changed at least every 6 months from that time to now. But I think they finally have it right. My Pizza was made to perfection by a young man name Quin that I would see at the cashier register for some months now. He explained that he was now making Pizza’s and He did an absolutely amazing job. Just perfect. I’m glad he took a step up and went to the kitchen because honestly in the 2 years I have come to this place, I have never seen a pizza so beautiful and taste so fresh. Thank you again Quin keep up the good work!!

I only have 2 stars because my food was ready and the lady was nice. Well this store has an 80 so that alone should have led me back out the door but I had already paid and refunds are usually a headache. My food was hard on the outside and lukewarm on the inside. I hope I don’t puke because I’m pregnant and I’m not happy at all with what I allowed myself to devour. The store smells like sour water too. Ugh I’m very unhappy.

Very professional Pizza Hut 10/10 I ordered 8 pizzas for my niece birthday party with less than a 3 hour notice and they looked and tasted beautiful, hospitality was A1. The manager Helped me carry them to my car and everything so appreciative of them 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I've been coming to this location for 12 years but that new manager is definitely bad for business. My husband and I placed a T-Mobile Tuesday order yesterday that gave us a free flatz pizza with a $1 purchase. Total was $2.12, but when we got there the pizza was still on our tickets. The manager tried to tell me the special was only before 5pm when the flatz were $5, even though I told him they rang up $6.99 when we placed our orders. He took them off but he has such a condescending way of speaking to customers. This was my 2nd time dealing with him speaking to me that way, so I told him about it this time. His response was, that's your opinion. Pizza Hut really needs to get this man out of their stores dealing with customers. He has no customer service skills at all. That was my 3rd time visiting this location since he's been there and the 1st time I witnessed him speaking to another lady like that because she didn't like how her pizzas looked, they were just throwing those $2 pizza together.

Ordered 4 personal pan pizzas 2 cheese 2 pepperoni. The pizzas came in a tin container like if it was for the pasta. I only got 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage. Tried to call the store and no one answered!
