Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They have a line wrapped around the building and when you get to the window you see a young man texting on his phone. When placing the order we requested MILD chicken. Once we got to the window the girl asked if we would TAKE spicy. Of course we won't or we would've ordered it back at the menu board. After saying we didn't want Spicy she said there would be a wait on the mild chicken. When we asked her how long was the wait for the mild chicken, she said I don't know I'm not working back there with them. Instead of taking the time to ask. We asked her to ask how long of a wait for the mild chicken. She YELLED to the kitchen and asked and they responded 10 minutes. She was very unprofessional,so was the young man texting on his phone while working the drive thru.

Man these people are so rude they dont come to the window let you sit there, then they have a attitude. The customer service was terrible. She back there looking through the bags about to eat the food, then come to the window 14 minutes after we were sitting there.If you want Popeyes I suggest u go to somewhere else

LOVE CHICKEN

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had eating out. The staff was super rude, and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours just for a chicken sandwich. When it finally came, there was a glove on it 🤮. At that point, I didn’t even want to eat anymore. The whole place just felt disorganized and careless. Definitely not worth the time or money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Very clean, atmosphere is good. Not busy inside, but drivethru was busy. Staff very friendly and helpful, wings combo was good, mac-n-cheese so so. Fries were good, Chicken tenders were not great, tough and way more breading than chicken. I know folks like it that way, but the wings were better.

Employees literally don’t care at night they’ll just have you sitting at the window waiting for them to not having nothing on the menu available. After sitting for 10 minutes just for someone to nonchalantly take your order will piss you off. A bunch of kids! Terrible customer service and poor food quality.

Horrible service at the drive thru. Rude, then the food runner had an attitude with me because she didn't bring out my complete order and had to go back in to retrieve missing items twice. I should have trusted the rating. However, I do not recommend this location due to the service and the amount of time I had to wait and the food was not hot. I thought I was pulled up(the only car pulled up) because the food was still cooking. Not the case. Do better.

AVOID THIS LOCATION!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Popeyes location. I ordered through the app and waited over 30 minutes for my food, only to find that it was incorrect and missing several items.

No pickles on my fish sandwich (despite requesting extra), no biscuits, no strawberry pie, and no dipping sauces. The chicken tenders were dry and tough, like they'd been sitting under a warming light for hours. And to top it all off, my sweet tea was warm with no ice.

When I brought all this to the attention of the staff, it took another 20 minutes to get things sorted out. Unacceptable. The mobile ordering process is supposed to make things more convenient, not create more problems.

Unless you enjoy waiting a long time for incorrect food, I'd recommend avoiding this location altogether.

Disappointed is an understatement! I will start with it took a hour to get all the food we ordered through the app, more than half of what was ordered was missing, and our order wasn't the only one having an issue. Tried to resolve the issue with more than one worker to be met with attitude when they got the order wrong. The food wasn't fresh and when you ask about the other things that are still missing they are upset and wondering why you are asking them about more things that still weren't resolved. There is so much more that could be said but disappointed sums it up.

I visited the Fayetteville location on Saturday afternoon on March 8th and I received fast and excellent service. Jeremiah and Tangela was professional and courteous in the drive thru. I ordered a 2 piece breast and wing combo. My food was hot and good.

This Popeyes in Fayetteville is trash. I ordered an 8 piece family meal w/ red beans. They threw the side on top of the box. I got the bag and sat on seat. Pulled off and looked over. The container had spilled all over the chicken box. I didn’t wanna go in so I came on home to eat. Several peices fried very hard. And some chicken seem like it was not cooked properly. I will never go back there

Everything was delicious. They were cooking one type of chicken and recovered with options immediately. I was in and out with fresh, hot chicken with no wait on a Saturday night!

I stopped to get a chicken sandwich and requested 4 times to not include any cheese on the sandwich. The person taking the order had a lot of bad attitude and rudely responded that we don't have to keep saying that. I was unable to enjoy my sandwich because cheese was all over it, and I'm allergic to cheese. My cup was also loaded with ice and no evidence of 7Up.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
