Our family of 15 dined at Prologue last night, and it was exceptional from start to finish. Diamond, the hostess, greeted us with genuine warmth, and Nigel, our waiter, was attentive and kind throughout the evening. When my niece felt unwell, the entire staff, including the manager, stepped in with care and professionalism that went above and beyond.
The food was equally amazing: the Summer Fish and Grits and Peach Wood Pork Chop were a perfect 10. Don’t leave without trying their Prologue Spritz; so refreshing and beautifully balanced.
Every detail, from service to flavor, reflected first-class hospitality. A heartfelt thank-you to the entire team for making my nephew’s 18th birthday night so special.

Very disappointed in the whole meal. Drinks were very small for a the high cost. Food not up to expectations or price. Terrible let down.
The staff was friendly and attentive. The staff kindly wished me a happy birthday. While there were not any special touches for the occasion, the food was delicious. The only downside was that the seating area felt a bit busy with people frequently walking in and out as if holding business meetings nearby.
Recently our group had the pleasure of dining at Prologue Dining & Drinks following a professional workshop I hosted nearby, and from the very beginning, the experience exceeded every expectation.
Michael Jairrad, the manager, was instrumental in bringing the entire evening together. From our very first conversation, his attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care were evident. He worked closely with Autumn from the sales team, who guided us through menu selections that perfectly complemented our group’s preferences — a thoughtful balance of presentation, flavor, and variety that truly impressed everyone.
When we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and attentiveness that set the tone for the entire evening. The service was seamless! Every guest felt personally cared for, every dish came out perfectly timed, and the team’s energy and coordination made the night flow effortlessly.
For many of the ladies in our group, it was their first time visiting Trilith, and they are still raving about how breathtaking the experience was—from the ambiance to the impeccable food and genuine hospitality. Prologue delivered not just a meal, but a moment none of us will forget.
To Michael, Autumn, and the entire staff thank you for going above and beyond. You turned a post-workshop dinner into a 5-star memory. I truly hope corporate recognizes the exceptional leadership and service culture you’ve cultivated here.

I had such an enjoyable experience today at Prologue in the Trilith Guesthouse. There were 6 in our group, and each one of us got something different. Kailey was our server and she provided exceptional service. Trentin was the bartender and expertly described the different menu choices, which was definitely helpful. We ordered the Cripsy Brussels for the table and it was the perfect appetizer. A member of our table is Gluten free was so thankful to see a variety of Gluten free options. She was informed by Kailey that Prologue had Gluten free buns which ensured a burger would be ordered. Our table mate was asked about the burger and she said it has been a long time since she has been able to enjoy a bun that didn't fall apart. I only took a picture of my turkey club, but let me tell you it was delicious.
The atmosphere was comfortable and I could not hear any outside road noise.
The Trilith Guesthouse has such a unique lobby area with local artist media showcased.
I highly encourage you to visit The Trilith Guesthouse and eat at Prologue.

Our server was Jasmine, she was wonderful. Our food was extremely tasty and she was so knowledgeable on the menu including her favorites. I loved how quiet the space was as well.

I had a gin drink (green glass) and it was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I definitely would’ve had two more if I was not driving. My wife’s drink was perfectly fine and refreshing and she enjoyed it.
The food was the only downside which I guess was still not bad but it’s important that a restaurant serve food you want to go back for. I would really rank it 3 1/2 out of five, but I decided to be generous. The steak was ordered, medium. It was definitely medium rare. And while my seafood curry was excellent. I cannot stand base scallops being added to a dish in place of regular size scallops they’re not even fun to eat. Moreover, the Caprese salad had tough tomatoes and only one leaf of basil for the entire dish.
Nothing was bad about the food at all. It just left something to be desired with each dish.
Parking is free in the area and easy to find had no trouble even at 7 o’clock on a weeknight.
The service was absolutely outstanding and truly made our evening great. He was a young African-American male, which I regretfully cannot remember his name, but he was an absolute pleasure of a waiter would go back just to see him again.

First time at this restaurant and the service and food were both amazing. Mike and the hostess were so hospitable. We were treated like royalty. The food was well seasoned to perfection. The steak was magnificent and the pork chops were Devine. The Brussel sprouts had this great savory taste. Cayden provided great service too. We’ll definitely be back here. Well, what are you waiting for?! It’s amazing!!

Dining at Prologue was a great experience. The service was excellent from beginning to end with everyone being so welcoming. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and they have a great menu including the cocktails. We recommendations for appetizers, entrees and cocktails that didn't disappoint. I loved the pork belly appetizer but I wish it was more. The pork chop and seafood dishes were excellent. We enjoyed the cocktails as well. Top notch! I'll definitely be back and bring others with me.
Nigel gave impeccable service, and I appreciate his attentiveness and knowledge of the menu.
